Was sold a 2024 Chevy Colorado with hail damage body

Was sold a 2024 Chevy Colorado with hail damage body parts that have been painted the dealer states that they did not know nothing about it and they can do anything about it. When I went to go look at the vehicle, noticed a couple of things they fixed them took it home after further inspection there was a lot more dings . Usually most dealerships they do an inspection on the vehicle. Make sure that stuff like this it’s taken care of or the vehicle should have been sold for less money than what they sold it to me for. I want to return the vehicle back and they want me to pay the negative equity that it has incurred after they sold me a vehicle they had prior damage. Upon inspection they should’ve seen that this vehicle had hail damage but they state nobody knew nothing. I think they’re all blind at that location. Do not buy a vehicle there.

One star only because I can’t put 0 we were met on the

One star only because I can’t put 0 we were met on the lot by Alfredo who greeted us on the lot and we test drove the car. We went in to talk numbers and what was a 27000$ car quickly turned in to a 33000$ car they apparently automatically added on a 3000$ z package which we were told was ceramic coating we promptly declined the package as that was something we were not looking for, he then went in to the back room to talk to the manager on taking off the z package when he returned he said the package could not be removed we asked why and there was no answer he then said he could not help us and we asked to speak to the manager in the back he came out in told us that someone already put a deposit on this car which makes no sense as when we called they said it was available so don’t know who magically put a deposit on it in 20 minutes. If looking to buy a car from Zeigler Nissan or any Zeigler dealer watch out they operate on low integrity and be prepared to pay well over advertised price

The staff is respectful and patient.

The staff is respectful and patient. They explained things for me to understand. Good customer service. They were not as pushy like other dealerships/service stations. I am a repeated customer.

Very friendly staff that helped me find the right car and sent me up with financing that worked for me. I appreciate the time they took to explain the process and made everything really easy! Definitely my place to go when i need another new car in the future.

Best experience in buying a vehicle under sales associate

Best experience in buying a vehicle under sales associate Ken’s leadership getting into a vehicle we need. Also great mechanical service with transparent communication and updates leading to timely completion of service with side loaner available should there be that need. All around good professional people advocation great business practice with their customers. Hopefully this continues for years to come. Best wishes to you guys and may all your good deeds elevate you to where you need to be in your business and life. Ok I have to go now…my Mama calling me.
