I bought a 27K Ford 350 to haul my horses. I left the dealership and before I got home there was an engine light on. They had cleared the code. That was $1700 to fix. I then took my truck in for the gooseneck hitch, when they pulled off the bed liner they were shocked at what they found! Haha the liner was brand new so that was their fix. The bed is rotted with holes and rust. I was totally ripped off!

No communication
Wanted to get more info on a truck, and hopefully a few pictures because none is shown on their site. I was told in a brief sentence "it's out getting detailed". Nothing more than that, and NO ambition to even try to make a sale! They lost out, but looking at all the reviews everywhere with this place, sounds like I avoided making a mistake even trying to look at a truck.
No communication
Wanted to get more info on a truck, and hopefully a few pictures because none is shown on their site. I was told in a brief sentence "it's out getting detailed". Nothing more than that, and NO ambition to even try to make a sale! They lost out, but looking at all the reviews everywhere with this place, sounds like I avoided making a mistake even trying to look at a truck.

RUN! Because you’ll end up walking…
Stay as far away from here and Joe Hall as possible. 5 months after buying a hybrid from him, the battery is dead and costs three times the amount of the cars worth to fix it. Go to a certified dealership, Drive appeal and Joe Hall are.not.worth.it. We made the mistake and hope you don’t! Reported to FTC & MN AG. Thanks for nothing Joe!

DONT DO IT...
DONT waste time... as many have mentioned they clear codes. also been waiting for a title for a year. call to the dealer title department gets you VM with no return calls.

Caution - inaccurate listings
Be careful -- be prepared. This dealer's ad descriptions for many of their vehicles are misleading. They either have inaccurate mileage listed or they reference "Carfax one owner" when the car had multiple owners. I have pointed this out on a number of their listings and they refuse to correct it. Just be careful - know what to expect when you get there.

Horrible, didn’t even drive my vehicle a week and major issues! Don’t ever buy from these crooks, very sad that they take advantage of a young family already struggling.

Don’t even bother. 1/2 the cars on the lot have had the codes cleared. Over 3g in repairs already. Sales man stated no warranty what so ever. If you feel you HAVE to buy a car from this place bring a code reader and know as soon as it’s off the lot it’s your problem. NEVER AGAIN...not even worthy of the 1 star I was forced to give for the review

Need a new manager who communicates
Put in an application and waited a day and half for a call and later that afternoon I received an email that said " was unable to obtain bank financing " no explenation as to why or possiably a co- signer or adding my husband .. Joe Hall was the worst for follow up and communication and whats more sad is that hes the manager .. I emailed him back asking why ? And what about in house financing and again no responce..

I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe less than two weeks...
I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe less than two weeks ago. Before the first week was out the check engine light came on. When I notified the car dealer his comment was "Oh No!" I purchased the warranty so I have that piece of mind. However, I should not have to repair a car I've barely driven. I feel I was miss lead by the dealer and will never buy a car from any Drive Appeal again. This a good example of why people do not trust used car dealers.
