They advertise cars that they don't have.
They advertise cars that they don't have. When you contact them, they start offering other cars. I told them that if they don't have the car they advertise, they should take the ad down. They said they would take the ad down, but several weeks have passed and it's still up. They use dishonest methods to lure customers to them.

Buying a used car should be easy, when you know what you want, and when the dealership has your exact car! I was looking for a very specific car, and PDX Motors just happened to have that vehicle. My buying experience was not perfect, but the way the manager Igor handled it made it worth sharing. I can not speak for any other staff member, or employee, but I can say Igor, is a stand up, honest, and most importantly a caring manager! If you are looking for a used car, want a fair price, and do not want to spend too much time at the dealership, head to PDX Motors, ask for Igor and drive home with a new spectacular car.

Buying a used car should be easy, when you know what you want, and when the dealership has your exact car! I was looking for a very specific car, and PDX Motors just happened to have that vehicle. Honestly if I could give this dealership a lower rating
Honestly if I could give this dealership a lower rating then a 1, I would. We drove 4 and a half hours to come and look at a truck they had listed for sale. When we got there the truck wouldn't even start due to the batteries being old and bad. They sat there and tried to put 2 different charging packs on the truck and kept turning it over without letting it charge, they even went so far as to have the charging packs on the batteries and put a set of jumper cables on to jump it with another truck at the same time, honestly i am surprised they didn't fry the computer system in the truck with what they were doing. There are dents and scratches that weren't present in the photos, not to mention they had admitted to putting a new dent in the tailgate since they "detailed the truck" the day before, which they didn't bother to mention to us on the way down. There was a crack in the windshield, the tires are bald and needed to be replaced as they were weather cracked and had no rubber left. Part of the tailgate on the inside was missing, but they said they had just found it and could put it back on, but wasn't sure it would fit with the new damage from them detailing the truck. There is a spot on the door they obviously tried to paint match, that they didn't bother to match to the gloss finish so it was a matte blob on the driver's door. We had a Mechanic, look at the truck, and we were informed that there is a mechanical issue with the lifter that needed to be fixed, causing the motor to make a tick noise (the fix is super expensive). So we brought up our concerns and said they would need to come way down on the price for the condition the truck is in, the guy laughed and said it's a truck so it's ment to be used so of course it has some damage, and they wouldn't budge on the price at all. This place is a dump, the wall was missing dry wall and the insulation was hanging out by the front door, the flooring was even coming up at spots. The staff were unprofessional and rude. My suggestion would be take your business to other places, after reading other reviews as well it seems like a pattern they have. Don't fall for the scam they have running. I feel bad for the person, that buys that truck. Since the engine already is having noise and lifter issues, you'll be lucky to make it anywhere without the engine blowing up, then you'll be out of money and a truck.

I purchased a 2003 Ford Focus Hatchback from Jared at PDX
I purchased a 2003 Ford Focus Hatchback from Jared at PDX Motors Feb 2nd ,2024.I asked if it passed Deq,.RED FLAG they do their own.I paid cash for the Car ,They even gave me the CarFax report paperwork for it.I barely got it home when the Check Engine light came on.I called the Dealership thenext morning Feb 3rd,2024 at !0 am.I tole them the Check Engine light is on and it doesn't drive good.I asked how it could have passed their Deq,He said it cant, He said take it to Oreiilys have them run a Code test because their Service Dept isn't open till Monday,Oreillys said you can clear codes to get it to pass Deq,but the Engine light will come back on again. The code that came up wasPO 761:Shift C Performance or Stuck Off. I called them back and was told to bring it in and they would put me in a loaner. Im Disabled and bought the car to get me to my Dr Appointments ,This caused me undue stress and I I was able to drive it there Thursday with my daughter as support. When we arrived they were rude and said, what do you expect for a 3,000.00 as is car. I asked for my money back they said NO but we will have our Mechanic look at it ,And fix it. I was very emotional I'm on a fixed income .They said they wont give me a loaner ,They didn't have one? With a full car lot.I said how are we going to get home? Jared said how did you get around before,And said leave the car all we will do.My daughter paid for us to take a Lyft in the pouring rain home.Keep in mined I live in St Johns .I was a wreck.And had a Panic Attack. I bought the Car to social distance because of my Disability.This Business was unprofessional and I would NEVER EVER Recomended them . Signed a DIsabled person :Cheryl Christmore

Professional team
Very professional sales team. Purchased a one-owner Subaru Outback with low mileage for a fair price. They are a non-haggle dealership and very straightforward on price, which is greatly appreciated. We’re not very attentive to my purchase, told me they would go out of their way with 60 different lenders to get me approved even tho I had a low credit score but could pay 20% down and afford said vehicle 👎 very poor service not good to lie to potential clients, I got approved through a different company who took the time out of their day to help 👍
