PDX Motors

Despite some frustrating circumstances Alex has made every effort to rectify the issues I have had with my vehicle. I don't believe that any of these car issues were known and I am thankful for his help through this process.

I was not planning on buying the first car I looked at.. BUT after visiting PDX Motors and their wonderful selection of cars I CHANGED my mind! They are simply SUPER easy to work with, very knowledgable regarding their inventory and never once did I feel pressure to buy a car. I walked out with not only a POSITIVE experience, but with the RIGHT car at the RIGHT price! I would recommend checking out PDX Motors. This is how business SHOULD be done!

This was my first car buying experience and it was fantastic! My husband and I went to CarMax in the morning to test drive and view inventory and went to PDX Motors in the afternoon. PDX Motors' inventory wasn't as expansive, but they had a great range of makes/models, including a few Rav4's which is what we were looking for. Our dollar went significantly further at PDX Motors. We found a car with nicer trim than what we were expecting to get within our budget. We were nervous before getting there, not being car people ourselves and having always heard of scams that can occur on a used car lot. However, they weren't pushy and they let us take the car to our mechanic to do a full inspection before purchasing it. This really put our minds at ease. After the inspection, we decided to go forward and purchase the vehicle. It was all very timely and we left with the car virtually when we made the decision to buy it (and after signing a few papers). They submitted our paperwork for us and we have since received the final documents from the DMV. We love our car and could not be happier with the experience. We would recommend PDX Motors for anyone looking for a vehicle.

This was simply the smoothest transaction I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The owner was beyone friendly and was very knowledgable in all areas of the transaction. I will definitely go back, or refer anyone to purchase their next car here.. Thank you very much for the smooth transaction.

This is a past due review, I normally don't write reviews but these guys deserve a good one....Wife and I didn't know that it was this easy to buy a car, especially from a dealer! We were very pleased with the service, I believe we set up our appointment over the phone with Ben, but Alex was the one who showed us, and sold us our new Jetta:) had the car for about three months already, and absolutely not a single issue. Their location was indoor, so it was convenient because it was raining hard that day. The buying process literally only took less than an hour, from the time we walked in the front door, to the time we left with our new ride. We would definitely recommend tie place. Thanks guys!
