Long story short. Bought a truck. And had to invest more than 5000$ in it. The guy was great but realistically all these cars are trash. It’s obvi they’re job to sell something but cmon guys. If you would have told me hey you will need to invest that sort of cash I would have said fine and done it all right away not little by little. My vehicle was decommissioned more than it ran. And yes I say ran because I just gave up and went to a real dealership. If your looking for a vehicle cheap just go on Craigslist or look private. All these little shops buy are auction cars that have problems

2004 Honda Civic
Yes, Sam is a nice guy. Yes, the car buying process is easy. But the 2004 Honda Civic I purchased from Advantage in Sept 2016 is by far, the worst car I've ever owned. We were told that the CarFax maintenance report was excellent. The dealer never gave it to us, as promised. We ended up getting the Carfax report ourselves, after buying this wreck. The first owner had the car for about 11 years and took amazing care of the car. Owner #2 did absolutely nothing to this car, running it into the ground apparently. In one year, we've needed numerous diagnostic tests for engine lights coming on, electronic load detector, new front brakes, emission drive cycle, oil pressure switch (twice) , EGR valve (twice), throttle body cleaning, engine flush, manifold gasket set - intake, new starter, and one towing. Total repairs - $2,765.12. Car goes through about a quart of oil a week. One mechanic said the engine is on it's last legs. "Think about buying a new car" were his exact words. Get the CarFax before buying a car from these people.
2004 Honda Civic

Worst car buying process
I bought a car from Sam the owner in the middle of September he was very friendly he bought my car and was supposed to pay it off. Or so i thought three months later i checked my bank statement and i was still paying for the car. I talked with sam and he gave me every excuse in the book so he said he would mail another check and low and behold in 2 days it was payed off. But now I?m out almost $900 for paying for the car i did not have and i was paying for the car i bought. I contact him again and he says he will refund me the money i paid for the car i sold him in September and he would mail me a check. This was at the beginning of December. Now it is the end of February and i still have no money i keep trying to contact him and he wont respond to any attempt. I do NOT recommend selling a car to him!

Sam was great to deal with,he showed me the car fax,we then went on a long test drive,the car was everything he said it was,i purchased the car that day,very happy with price and negotiations!!!!!!!!

I called called the dealership at 1pm on a Saturday because They had a Honda Fit I liked. I had to drive from WI, about 2.5 hrs away. He held the car for me and Sam stayed after hours so that I could take the car home. Sam really went above and beyond and I will definitely come back to his shop for my next vehicle!

Me and my dad went there just to test drive a nissan altima with no intentions of buying it at all but after talking to Sam for awhile he was upfront with the things that were wrong with the car as well as were right. WE felt like we could trust him which is a big deal with used cars and he was very very nice and ended up giving us a deal we never expected to get. Also after recently when i got a flat tire he offere us a deal on tires that we couldnt find anywhere else and also offered to let me drive one of his cars while mine gets its new tires. Overall one of the nicest, caring, and knowledgable people and car salesman i have ever met.

Sam took extra care to make sure my buying process was pain free. He went above and beyond to get me the best rate and that I was happy with the purchase of my lexus. Can't say enough. Not your typical used car lot.

Bought my 99 4runner online, was met at the airport, used my credit card to pay, met promptly and nicely, waited for me through customs, was there to meet me, could not ask for a better experience, especially with no test drive. Car was as promised. Small issue with hood latch, called that night, they came to the hotel early the next AM, problem solved. Dont go anywhere else! Cannot comment on facilities as I never saw them, and also did not finance, so cannot comment about that.

The BEST car buying experience!!!
I saw the car I wanted on the company website for Advantage car group and decided to take a look at it with no intention of buying yet,but after meeting Sam and talking to him I felt like I could trust him. We all get that feeling of dread when you just want to look at a car and the dealer makes a bee line for you as soon as you look in the cars direction. I was actually looking for a bit before Sam came out and introduced himself. He did things I've never heard of a dealer doing. He pointed out small imperfections and wanted to be up front about everything on the car. Right away I was at ease dealing with Sam and his other salesman Daniel. I had plans to look at other cars but ended up buying from Sam and Advantage that day because of the peace of mind he gave me and there was never any pressure put on me to buy. He actually encouraged me to go look at the other cars! I know I got a great deal and I love the car I got. I will definitely go back to Advantage when it's time for my next car. I even took extra business cards and my wife and I took them to work for coworkers. Do yourself a favor and visit Sam and Daniel at Advantage car group when looking for your next used car.
