Dealing with Sam and Advantage was one of my best car buying experiences. This is the second car we've bought there. No pressure, no fast talking, no regrets! He let me drive the RAV4 for an extended drive to make sure it was what I was looking for. Almost just the opposite of what you would expect from a used car dealer. I had stopped into Advantage Auto Group a few times prior to purchasing a car from Sam for my 16 year old son. Sam was so pleasant, informative about the vehicles on his lot, patient with all of my many questions and truly made the experience so positive! From the first time I met Sam he impressed me with his character and style of working with my son and I. In fact, my son said "let's go back to Advantage because I like Sam". Sam was never pushy or guiding us to a more expensive car. I told him my budget and he was always respectful of that. We did NOT find that with the other dealers we visited. Once we identified the car that was right for my son, Sam made the entire purchase hassle free! In addition to making the transaction pleasant, he made it a lot of fun. He took his time with our questions, he was honest with the items that were wrong w/the car (remember it's a used car) and has been so unbelievably pleasant with dealing with items after the purchase. I would HIGHLY RECOMEND going to Advantage and work with Sam if you are in need of a quality used car and are looking for an honest individual to take care of you!
