Waisted my time.

Waisted my time. If they would have looked hours before my appointment and seen it was a recall appointment they would have seen the parts are back ordered and that they couldn't do it. And contact me before I got my 8 month old out of the house. Just for me to get their and after getting her out of the car and less than 5 minutes later getting her back in the car and going home. This was poor management. And poor customer service. I will be going to a different ford dealership for all my needs next time.

The whole experience at Metro Ford was great and they

The whole experience at Metro Ford was great and they made me feel like a part of a family. I was not pushed to purchase anything only the negotiated car price , processing fee $599 and $10 tax. They listened to my concerns about the used car I was looking and added brand new tires, charged Freon and did rims touch up and detailed my car perfectly.Also free oil changes for the life of the car. The sales reps Wesley and Kendall were very attentive and never pushy. Highly recommend Metro Ford!

Work was done fine, however my new tire is at a psi of 53

Work was done fine, however my new tire is at a psi of 53 while the rest are at psi’s in the 30’s. The alignment I had done for the new tire is off after a week. There is also a mark on my hood after taking it in.

I'm happy with there speedy service.

I'm happy with there speedy service. They got me in for the 60000 service, then a couple days latter. I got a tx stating I need it done. I had made it to be done in 2 intervals so it would be done with out braking the bank, so that I though done.

Got a good deal on the car, as it was a concierge vehicle

Got a good deal on the car, as it was a concierge vehicle previously. But, in order to get the deal, they made the “Metro Ford Guarantee” package (where you pay like $2,000, but get lifetime oils changes, etc free) “Mandatory.” I’m not sure we would have purchased that option if we could have bought the car without it. Then, we were told one price, but the numbers were put in wrong on the trade-in value by mistake- so, when we got back to the finance section, the final monthly amount ended up being more than we were told/wanted it to be. Again, it was a descent deal overall, so we proceeded with the purchase, but it didn’t exactly give us the “good vibes” of getting a new car. I don’t have full confidence that they will always do everything promised. I got a very distinct feeling that we were “sold” a lot of stuff, but it could be harder to actually get the services done in the future. I think time will tell on that one. As we bought the extended warranty (which we had planned to do anyways), and were forced to get the Metro Ford Guarantee package- I hope they live up to their end in the future!

The dealership is selling cars with known issues it

The dealership is selling cars with known issues it seems. Was a coolant leak once we received it. None of the USB ports work on the car, and the rear air climate controls do not work at all. Running boards are damaged and don’t come up. Looks to be selling lemons which is why the finance manager seems told me we weren’t eligible for the multipoint inspection.
