Very neat and clean dealer. have free coffee and other drinks for customer. people who work there are nice too. no regrets at all.

Disappointed

I was disappointed. The initial contact person did not follow-up with answering my questions or verify that the vehicle was still available. I had to contact them to find the answer. The contact person was not a sales person. I ha questioned if I should ask for anyone in particular and I was never provided any other contact. When I arrived and asked for my contact person, I was told that they only coordinate appointments. The salesman spoke with was nice. When we went to look at the car, it was dirty on the exterior. There were dried leaves in the spaces of the hood and the frames when you opened the doors and the back hatch. I specifically requested to be informed if the vehicle had any dents or scratches and I received no information. However as soon as you walked to the vehicle you could see a significant dent with missing paint on the rear drivers side near the roof. The salesman brought the manager out to discuss this dent. The manager seemed more focused on telling me that the vehicle was #1 on the sales list. I think that since they knew for 6 days that I planned to come and view the vehicle (if it was still available) that they would have made sure that it was clean and make an attempt to make a positive impression. They failed to make a positive impression. The nicest thing that I can say is that the building seemed to be modern and clean.

GREAT DEALER

My hat off to Tony! I first emailed him and he responded very quickly, he to had the car ready for me when I got there to test drive! He went completely over the whole car with me, without me even asking! I really enjoyed working with Tony and the guys at Frederick Darcars. Thanks again!!

Great dealership and smooth process!

What a great experience I had at Darcars of Frederick! This was the fastest and most transparent buying experience I have ever had and this is my 13th car. I saw the car on cars.com and called the dealer. The dealer answered all my questions upfront and had the car ready for my test drive when I pulled up to the dealership. Had me driving off in MY new 2011 30 minutes after I got back from the test drive. Smoothest process ever!
