First Time Car Buyer

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Cars “R” Us. I am a first time car buyer, and Scott, the salesman, went above and beyond to cater to my needs, wants, and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a car.

Intimidating

I asked for my credit not to be ran unless I was sure I wanted a vehicle from them. Brandon the SALES MANAGER said that he wouldn’t but I got a email today of a hard inquiry and yep it was CARS R US... LIED to my face! I drove two vehicles and I only got to go in a circle down SIDE streets and he wanted me to make a decision based off of that. He told me that it drains him and it’s too time consuming to keep test driving and he doesn’t want to just keep spinning wheels if I’m not going to make a purchase as if I just better choose between the two he allowed to go around A BLOCK in.

Unprofessional

This place is very unprofessional! Paid cash for my car . Seems like they only wanted my money! Here we are almost 3 months later and I still don’t have my title or my plates!! Ray won’t return my messages or anything!

It takes far too long and on top of that there’s some kind of unprofessional behavior you may end up witnessing because they argue out in the open.
