From Day 1, Joe and David were incredible. Even during covid, they didn’t miss a beat. David ordered exactly what we wanted, and it showed up before expected.... Then Dean helped with delivery and it was just as smooth and easy. Had the keys to our new Jeep Wrangler in 30 minutes. Almost everything was handled before we arrived for pick-up. Five stars all around. Thanks to the entire team.
Joey Accardi frauded our contract and pressured us into buying a vehicle that we didn't want to buy. They changed the vehicle purchase price up by $2000... and put us through a mental coercion causing us to sign at 11 pm at night when we asked to leave. The next morning we realized that we were victims of fraud. After speaking with their managers and team we were told "sorry, your loan was funded". The loan wasn't funded for almost two weeks. Joey Accardi also sold us a bad vehicle which will cost us $600 to fix the brakes and rotors. We are dealing with the fraud department and will be making this a civil matter until justice be served. Buyers Beware, BEWARE, BEWARE. Options we have as buyers - Do NOT make first payment and car dealership must buy car back, causing them a loss, it will hurt your credit but not for long and you can dispute it after court. Have protestors in front of their business every single holiday making them aware of the bad business they will get into. Write a review at every impactful site spreading their unethical behavior. Please use our experience and save yourself the headache. Do not do business with Joey Accardi.
Garrett was extremely helpful in the car buying process, very knowledgeable and friendly! and everyone that works here is so nice. Ricardo was awesome... to explain my financing options to me, Garrett and Kareem went above and beyond in helping me understand my new car and making me feel comfortable with the buy! 10/10
Service department needs better follow up with customers. Major time delays in getting your car diagnosed with what the issues might be. Needs better... follow up with customer contact. Hard to get answers on the status. Remember you providing a service and we are the paying customer.
I wanted a to buy a jeep wrangler with a one touch power sky top but unfortunately non of the dealers around me have them in stock. Dean helped me custom... order mine and the entire sales experience was super nice and friendly, not pushy at all. It was more of a "If you want to buy it let me know" not a "help me reach my quota" type of experience.
Based on an unpleasant buying experience at this dealership, I was dreading taking my 2019 Wrangler Sahara in for two warranty repairs. I honestly expected... the service to disrupt my entire day. Had an appointment this morning with Stuart W. Dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am. He put me in an Uber to get where I needed to go. By 11am he called me to tell me that all the repairs were complete and the car was being washed. He sent another Uber to pick me up when I was ready. When I got to the dealership my Jeep was sparkling clean and waiting on me. Very good experience!
Purchased a 2019 jeep wrangler Sahara, no ship since sale left messages, text no response. Terrible service, need to go back to Lexus. The vehicle is... great should have bought it somewhere else
Dated set up! Service bay employees never look up when you walk in the power doors. They avoid eye contact as to not have to serve you. Third time there... same experience each time. Not good
