The battery died in my 2018 Jeep Compass. After two days, I was told the repair was completed. However, within 200 feet of leaving the dealership, alarm... indicators flashed, the rpms shot up above 7,000 and the vehicle stalled in an intersection - nearly causing a three car accident. I was barely able to make it back to the dealership, where after waiting an additional 45 minutes, I was told that 'they would be in touch later.' Two days passed without any update, even after my repeated calls to the service department. We're currently going on week #3 as we are 'awaiting parts to be delivered' for the second time (As if we live in a world without overnight delivery). I've left feedback on the dealership's website describing the situation and asking for a manager to contact me - no response. I've called the main number twice asking to speak with a manager only to be put on hold and eventually disconnected. I was actually interested in trading in the vehicle and leasing a Wrangler, but I seriously doubt I'll ever drive another Jeep and I'm very unlikely to ever do business with this dealership.

As always, very efficient and welcoming. Should be a model for car buying. We really get the sense there is a real team atmosphere there
