This dealership sold me a vehicle with the catalytic

This dealership sold me a vehicle with the catalytic converters missing and the exhaust chopped apart, all while assuring me it was stock. Under Illinois law (625 ILCS 5/12-610) it is illegal to sell a car with emissions equipment removed, and under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505/2) it is unlawful to misrepresent a product at the time of sale. Both laws were broken here. The dealership refuses to take responsibility, blaming delays that were the direct result of their misrepresentation. This is more than bad business—it’s illegal and fraudulent.

PRICE GOUGING ALERT! I contacted the dealership to purchase a Lexus convertible for my wife and was surprised how they showed zero flexibility on the price. I explained there are many low mileage SC430s for sale right now and exactly what they sold for, but they remained firm on their grossly over inflated price. Buyers are well informed, and understand when a dealership is trying to take advantage of them. People don't appreciate being treated like a money punching bag. The hand writing is on the wall and dealerships who offer reasonable prices and are willing to work with buyers will flourish, while bottom feeding price gougers like Ultimo Motors will go lights out. This dealership is building a well deserved reputation with used car salesmen who nobody trusts and everyone avoids.

Nothing but the bad experience I have with this dealer

Nothing but the bad experience I have with this dealer buying a car over there turning into nightmare while I was doing paperwork on a car they steal the parts from my car. all I can say they are crooked the scammers and I will strongly recommend to stay away from them

I recently purchased a Rivian R1T from Ultimo Motors, and

I recently purchased a Rivian R1T from Ultimo Motors, and I would not recommend them to anyone in need of a car. I was an out of town buyer who needed transportation, and worked with Steve Pickens and Alan Amjad at the dealership to negotiate the purchase of the truck and arrange delivery. I am unable to type up my full experience here due to a character count limit, so I encourage you to read my full Google Review. But in summary, I bought a truck from Steve and Alan, they shipped it 3 weeks later than agreed upon, tried to charge me an additional $500 for delivery after we had agreed upon a price, sent it on an open trailer despite me paying extra for an enclosed trailer, then ignored my email when I requested a refund for the difference. AVOID!

These people have no clue when it comes to Electric

These people have no clue when it comes to Electric Vehicles, got sold an 2019 Audi E-tron with 120V charger and would be fine if I drive 20 miles a day but I drive 80miles need 240V charger. To make the sale, they promised 240 adapter/charger. They sent an adapter that doesn't even plug in and basically told me Audi does not come with 240V and you're on your own. So I spent 32K on a car and they can't provide a $200 charger. Be honest and be upfront, don't promise the charger to make the sale and then back out. Do not but a car here, stay away.
