Quantum Auto Sales

I called the dealer reference a vehicle I saw posted via carguru. I spoke with "Mike" and asked if the car was still available. He said it was. I told him I was going to the dealership from Fallbrook about 25 miles away. About 35 minutes later, I arrived and met with Mike. He quickly escorted me to the backlot and stated that someone put a deposit on car but was willing to sell me the car if I countered. I told him I would have never spent my time, effort and fuel to see the car had he told me there was a deposit on the car already. He said he just got the deposit, coincidentally, right after I had called. This man and possibly this dealership, based upon my short interaction is indicative of the generalizations often associated with used car sales. Clearly dishonest, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I don't write reviews, in fact, I believe this is my first but I do for potential customers. Buyers beware.

Eddie Camarena is a great manager. I am 87 yrs old, purchased my car at Quantum Auto Sales where a little confusion occurred (I am 87). Eddie took the time to take care of the matter and put the customer first. Overall the sales team Tony and Mike were great. I have the highest respect for Eddie and would refer friends to Quantum should the need. arise. I can not express enough how fortunate I was to visit this dealership and not another.

The dealership and the lot itself was well taken care of ! and all of the workers were very nice and extremely helpful ! i am going to recommend anybody i know that is looking for a car , to come to Quantum Auto Sales in Escondido . With not so good credit the Finance Director Eddie gave me a reasonable price and low payments . ! Come see Kramer he will get the car you need !

I got my 1st car here. I came in with no intention of getting a car right away but the Salesman, Emanuel made me feel confident enough to do it.
