Awesome auto repair shop with honest, responsive and

Awesome auto repair shop with honest, responsive and genuine people !! Highly recommend. At 38 weeks pregnant my car xxxx the bed and I was told by a Chevy dealership that my car needed a new engine. They quoted me $6500, which was insane to me. I was so stressed, not knowing how I was going to afford it. I called Jim’s, who I’ve gone to before for regular maintenance on my vehicle and he got me a quote the same day!! The quote was significantly less than what Chevy quoted me. Right before Christmas and during the same time of having a new baby, it was nice not having to worry about a car repair breaking the bank. I picked up my car today and it’s running perfectly, again. Thank you, Zachary and the guys at Jim’s !! I can’t thank you enough

I am very satisfied with my services. very happy!!

Everyone was very kind and very reasonable. They did amazing work and were done quickly and professionally. Definitely will be returning for any future troubles I might have.

BUYER BEWARE!

❌ We purchased a used vehicle from here. STAY AWAY! I don’t expect this review to stay posted, as others have “disappeared”. First it was delayed because they needed to put new brakes and tires in. Fine. Understandable. Then he was going to the DMV & said “all” the computers were down and he couldn’t complete registration. Same excuse the following day. Now we’re at the weekend. Come Monday (unbelievably) he said there was an issue with the title…it wasn’t signed! And apparently the car came from CA. Now he said it would be a couple days for our DMV to receive the proper title from CA DMV. WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS SELLS A CAR WITHOUT A SIGNED TITLE???? Wait a couple more days…then a couple more. Excuse after excuse. Now we just demand our money back. Naturally you have to wait a few more days…even though money transfers literally take moments. The red flags were waving all over the place here, but my other half is much more patient than me….I would’ve done it much sooner! Finally got our money back with ZERO compensation from them. As someone in their 60’s, I have NEVER met with such unprofessionalism in my life!

Yes it was good time to go there I went there and it was a good day in which I browsed cars they were all red cars

Love These Guys!! Always friendly, Always Reliable

They go above and beyond to help you! I cant say enough nice things about them. As a female I cant tell you how difficult it is to find auto professionals that you can trust. I completely trust them. So glad my daughter brought me to you! I Have driven my truck. from Maine to Massachusetts to Vermont It has never let me down. When I bought my truck I was undecided,the truck well taken care of low miles vs. A vety pretty suv higher miles higher price. Z helped me the right choice. I LOVE MY TRUCK #FORDEXPLORERRULES. THANKS GUYS!!❤❤❤❤

100 SATISFIED CONSUMER !!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Jim's Auto that began to have some issues with the throttle body. After making several attempts to fix the problem at no cost at all to myself, the dealer sent the vehicle to the manufacturers and covered all cost to have the vehicle running like new. The dealers at Jim's did everything in their power to ensure that I was a happy customer; they were honest and patient, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle that is affordable and reliable. I plan on getting all my future vehicles and repairs from Jim's Auto.
