I purchased a 2010 Nissan murano from this dealership on 4/16/2025. I know I'm gullible but like to believe there are still honest people out there. This is not the case! Upon chatting with James and Defrim about the car, I repeatedly told them if there was anything wrong with the car, let me know so I knew what needed to be done. I would be doing A LOT of traveling and just want to be safe. They had said multiple times, far as I know nothing is wrong, but you never know once you get down the road... upon driving home, multiple lights came on... looked up the codes for the lights, after traveling to Oklahoma to get my daughter, upon arriving home, lights started pulsating and smelling smoke like wires burning. Got an inspection done, repairs cost more than I paid for the car! Defrim contacted me when I left a bad review, said take down the review, I will try to fix it. NO....He tried to tell me nothing was wrong with the car when my inspection papers say different!! I told him, inspection says different, either give me a different car or pay for a rental until mine is fixed! HE REFUSED!! Now I'm left homeless and have to figure out how to fix my car!..BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible experience definitely crooks cheated me because I'm from out of state. Still trying to get my $7600 cashier's check returned to me. Beck took my money with the intention to never release the car 2012 Audi Q7 never even emailed me the buyers agreement to sign until he realized he was greedy not paying attention and never sent it then tried to get me to sign it and I refused because I never took possession of vehicle

I got my new car here last week I am so satisfied not only with the car but they have outstanding customer service!! Mr. Defrim was amazing this man knows his job he took his time to help me with all my questions did not rush me or push me to buy a car he is so professional I will definitely come back and send all my friends!! Unbelievable experience! Have been buying cars from them for over 6 years. Never had any doubts on cars they were selling to me. Within years they have build their own mechanic shop, body shop and detail shop! Definitely would recommend you to check them out! Best of the best!

Dont do business with these rude, condescending scammers. Just overall a bad place to even go look for a vehicle unless you want to get ripped off.

Id leave negative stars if I could, this dealership will hide issues their cars have to the fullest of their extent and wont disclose a thing before you take time out of your day to visit. They will then lie about your offer on the vehicle. Full transparency I went to view a car listed for $11,666 with no listed issues. I go to see the car there are multiple issues, clutch is going out, AC does not blow cold, rips in seats, the list goes on. I offered them $10,500 not to include tax tag dealer fee. They go on to say online that I offered $10,500 total price, which was never said. The lot condition and office conditions should have been an indication to me from the start and I should have run from this scam right away.
