The staff in the service department are amazing.
The staff in the service department are amazing. They explain everything in layman’s terms so you understand what is going on with your vehicle. They are all very knowledgeable, so you feel confident leaving your vehicle with them. They also seem genuinely happy to see you when you arrive, and in my case, they remember my name. Oh, and one of my favorite things (other than the staff) is that they wash my car every time they work on it.

I have just took delivery of my 4th Subaru.
I have just took delivery of my 4th Subaru. Ed Troike was my salesman for all 4. Ed 's dedication keeps me loyal to the brand. The service department as well as the parts department are extreamly clean, and the employees are extreamly knowledgeable, courtious, and proffessional. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Ed and recommend this dealership to everyone I can.

Derek was exceptional at communicating what services I needed and how much it cost. He took time to answer my questions in a way that helped me understand what needed to be done urgently and what could wait. I have an older Forester and want to hang on to it as long as I can because it is a manual and they are becoming difficult to find. My only complaint is the charge for reading the diagnostic scanner. I understand charging the fee if I didn't have any repairs done. However, I was charged the standard $89 fee and subsequently spent almost $2200 in repair work. So I think its not unreasonable to waive the charge if Brilliance is getting the service work

I've had two fairly straightforward service visits that were both executed flawlessly. The Service Desk reps were both knowledgeable, friendly, and consultative. I moved out this way a year ago and needed a service center. I am very happy with my experience at Brilliance thus far and plan to return.
