    Took my new Nissan Murano in to have a recall repaired. I chose Jeff Wyler because they were close to where I live and work. When I arrived to pick up... car I was told that my front brake pad were below the minimum level and they would have to be replaced. I asked the service tech how could that be since it was a Certified pre owned vehicle that I had just bought a month earlier from another Dealer. The service tech said the brake pads were below the minimum level (5cm) for a CPO vehicle at (1cm)and would have to be replaced at a cost of $1400. So I called the dealer I purchased the car from in Columbus and made an appointment to take back there. Because if they missed something I wanted them to repair at no cost to me, and they agreed.It took them less than 10 minutes to tell me that there was nothing wrong with any of my brake pads front or rear, and invited me into the garage show me what they found. I was shocked and upset to find out that Jeff Wyler had lied to me and obviously was taking me for being some kind if fool. How could they possibly think I wasn't going to check them out? What a scam!!! I was hoping that they would be the service dept I could use for anything related to my vehicle. But there is no way in xxxx I would ever take my car back there again. Nor would I ever recommend them to my family or friends.

    We had been on the market for a specific equipped Altima and Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan was the only one in the area with the one we were looking to purchase.... The internet group convinced us to visit their dealership, that we would be treated with respect and given a fair price on our trade and the vehicle we were interested in even though it was a 2016. Skeptical, yes but we decided to put them to the test. We were greeted with a smile, they took us right to the Altima, on the road we went and in our opinion the Altima still stands to be the best value for a mid-size sedan to this day. We were given a respectable offer for our trade and a deal was made. Within an hour and a half we were back on the road to Dayton with a brand new car, no reservations or regrets for the deal we made, just great big smiles on our face. Thank you Jeff Wyler internet team and finance department (Richard W. Greco) for a wonderful experience. Hope to deal again some day. I have already recommended this dealership.

    The car was a nice but it needed tires had a rough ride waited for them to check that out in the mean time the sales person thought it was a opportunity... to try to flirt and speak on the racial issues of our time and how I have to watch the white people because they try to get over and won't sell me what they but what they think I can afford. Well I get this call after I set up delivery test drive that car is being sent to auction due to issues then I continue to see it online for weeks they never sent it to auction they basically proved the salesman right. They didn't want me to have tha6 car because someone else was looking at as well I heard the salesman say a lady was looking at the car as well but I guess she didn't want now they want to sell it to me GTFOH

    To say I am disappointed would be a major understatement. I inquired about a used vehicle that was advertised for $5120. I was ready to write a check... for that full amount after test driving the vehicle. Only to have the salesman inform me there is a detail and reconditioning fee which would add $2190 to the $5120. I was at a loss for words. I feel I had been baited in the dealership with a very affordable price only to be switched to a more expensive price all because of this "reconditioning " term which allows them to up charge the price of the vehicle after advertising it for a lower price. Then the salesman.....Who was super kind and very professional......Proceeded to show me the small print that states the detailing and reconditioning fee to be added. But $2190 extra? That's an insane amount to add to the price of the vehicle. I will put this story on social media and contact the Federal Trade Commission. I absolutely feel like I have been scammed and tricked into thinking the vehicle was priced for a different price than they want to sell it for. I feel like Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan tricks customers to get them on their lot only to try to trick them again into paying more than the falsley advertised price. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

    I purchased a used 2015 Cadillac XTS-4 in Dec. of 2018. Within 3 months I started experiencing a loud noise in the back and a rough ride. I took it to... a trusted repairman who stated my air shock in the back had ruptured quite some time ago and had no fluid. First repair $1800.00 per shock. On our way from visiting the kids, loud noise and gear shift was black. On-Star stated they had a transmission error, second repair $3900.00 to rebuild transmission. Total 7 month cost not including our $600.00 / month payments, repairs alone = $5700.00. And the dealership won't even call us back.

    I went to look for a used 2016 Altima because I thought it was the only vehicle I could get. But, thanks to Christian Penafiel and the finance team, I... was able to get into a brand new 2019 Nissan Sentra SV and I am ecstatic. The process was long but worth the wait. They really put their all into getting me a vehicle that I didn’t have to settle for.

    My wife and I have purchased many vehicles from Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. Until this purchase we have been mostly satisfied with the sales and service departments.... We purchased a new (leftover 2017) car in December 2018 and reported a couple of problems within the first week of ownership. The service advisor told me that he would call me after he looked into who did the inspection when they received the car. Weeks (not days) went by and no call. I tried to call and received his voicemail once and then a few days later the second call I spoke with someone by the name of Gary who was supposed to ask him to call me. So I reached out to my salesperson who we always deal with when we buy a new car there. He told me that there was turnover in service and it would be a while due to the weather and everyone trying to get their car serviced, end of the year etc... Then we found out that they fired the service manager (Rick). I sent one more text message to my salesperson after this and that message went unanswered. Let me just add that when I said we purchased a lot of cars there, I should say that we have purchased more than 10 cars there. Our children purchased their cars there and we have referred many people (co-workers and friends) there dating back to the original days of Kings Nissan before Jeff Wyler purchased this dealership. We really liked the people there and the sales process WAS really good at that time. Suffice it to say, we know many of the people there and they know us. After a solid month of no communication, our salesman sends me text message saying that there is a new service manager and he (the salesman) has been speaking with the service advisor and sales manager. Seems neither, service advisor or sales manager are interested in resolving the defects in our brand new car. According the sales person, the service advisor says that Nissan will not cover the defect because the car is over a year old (even though it was sold as new) and the sales manager says that he lost too much money on the deal to help. So after all of the business we have given them, this is how our relationship is going to end. My wife and I have decided we’re going to find a new dealer to work with and we are going to speak with Nissan directly to see if they will stand behind their product.

    Dealer advertised 2013 Nissan Pathfinder with 24,000 miles. When I got there, the vehicle had 89,000 miles. Salesperson told me that there was a mistake... in their ad. She indicated that they knew about the "mistake" for several days. I called to confirm availability before visiting the dealer. If there was a "mistake' in the ad, they had the opportunity to tell me before I made the 1 hour drive to the dealership. It is easy to correct a mistake in an ad. I feel this is a case of false advertising.
