Dealer advertised 2013 Nissan Pathfinder with 24,000 miles. When I got there, the vehicle had 89,000 miles. Salesperson told me that there was a mistake... in their ad. She indicated that they knew about the "mistake" for several days. I called to confirm availability before visiting the dealer. If there was a "mistake' in the ad, they had the opportunity to tell me before I made the 1 hour drive to the dealership. It is easy to correct a mistake in an ad. I feel this is a case of false advertising.
We did make a mistake on our ad with the mileage and we are very sorry about that. We're even more concerned that we didn't confirm the mile...age with you before you visited. Thank you for addressing it with us so we could correct it. The vehicle is listed correctly now with 84,054 miles and we have provided feedback to our team and GM. We had been on the market for a specific equipped Altima and Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan was the only one in the area with the one we were looking to purchase.... The internet group convinced us to visit their dealership, that we would be treated with respect and given a fair price on our trade and the vehicle we were interested in even though it was a 2016. Skeptical, yes but we decided to put them to the test. We were greeted with a smile, they took us right to the Altima, on the road we went and in our opinion the Altima still stands to be the best value for a mid-size sedan to this day. We were given a respectable offer for our trade and a deal was made. Within an hour and a half we were back on the road to Dayton with a brand new car, no reservations or regrets for the deal we made, just great big smiles on our face. Thank you Jeff Wyler internet team and finance department (Richard W. Greco) for a wonderful experience. Hope to deal again some day. I have already recommended this dealership.

Their service department is very unprofessional especially Matt Watson; he is helping service department to still your many without fixing your Nissan.... He is so rude and disrespectful. Find out a different Nissan service to fix your car. Someone should teach them how to be kind to their customers. Please be careful if you still want to get a service and highly recommend you keep yourself away from this Nissan service. My car stayed in their service department almost three business days, and they could not figure out the problem, but Matt Watson wants to charge the inspection fee (around $200) without figuring out the issue of the car.
We apologize you still feel this way. During the three days in our shop three different people also went on test drives with you--and were unable to r...eplicate any issues. After purchasing a new car we also added the protective coating inside and out. Looking at the car in daylight the next day we saw that the inside job... was not done right. We took it back once and we thought it was corrected until we lifted up the seats and also noticed other areas that were not fixed. On bringing the car back for a second shot at fixing and since our original salesman was not there Baroque stepped up to the plate and really oversaw that it was done right this time. We were there for 5 hours and he kept checking in with us and the service dept. to make sure that it was done correctly. It was great to know that the whole sales dept.works as a team so that our problem was taken care of correctly. Thanks again Baroque!
I would first like to say the Customer Service Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan over all is excellent. Samir Abuyaghi did an excellent job of selling me a " Aspen... White Sentra SR". He is a very experienced Sales person. I would also like to comment on the young man ( I can not make out his signature) in the Finance office who did an excellent job in financing my car. I have had a Nissan for many years. I have used the current Nissan dealers and service since I moved to Cincinnati in 1996. There may have been a change in dealers along the way.
My husband and I had an extremely great experience at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan! Most car dealerships just want to sell you the car to pocket the money and... fulfill their quota but our sales rep at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan , Frank Trovato took time to show us various styles and prices of cars that would work for our family and our budget. We test drove quite a few which was very helpful in deciding which car would work for us. Not only was the hospitality of the sales rep genuine but even the financial rep was personable and genuine. Buying a car is an investment and serious business. I went to several dealers looking at different models. Many dealers did not care if they had your... business or not. Things were different at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. All staff from the time I entered the building to the time I left smiled, were helpful and cared about finding the right vehicle that would fit my personal needs. Could not have had a better experience. The staff at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan congratulated me on my new Nissan Rouge, and they were genuinely happy.
Only reason the facilities didn't get a 5 star rating was because there were so many cars there; it was a little congested. My overall experience was... excellent.
I loved being able to research on-line and communicate via e-mail and text prior to my visit so I could establish a point of contact and clearly communicate... what I was looking for.
