Working with John Seymour on the purchase of our used

Working with John Seymour on the purchase of our used truck was great. He was always available to and would any question we had. He knew all about the truck. There were a few items we wanted fixed, and he helped us make our truck better to be ready for the purchase. The support crew for John on the purchase date made it an even better day buying the truck.

Fabulous service in Middleton WI

I purchased a new Equinox at Bergstrom in Middleton, last fall. I recently took it in for regular service. Not only was everything explained thoroughly to me, but I also was given a heads-up on a bigger possible maintenance expense that may come up in 10,000 miles. As an extra bonus, my salesman (Eric Strehl) was working when I brought the car in, and he came out to greet me on arrival, and walked me back to the waiting lounge. Perfect customer service all around!

I purchased a preowned vehicle which needed a detail even...

I purchased a preowned vehicle which needed a detail even though it was on the lot for sale. Was told it would be redone when I bring it back in. Hour and a half after leaving engine light came on. It went back to the dealer for service and the detail. Was told they replaced the catalytic converter. Got the car back, part was never changed and the detail was never done. I have pictures. I contacted the salesman again and received no work back... very unhappy, dont trust the bergstrom group, they lie, and have lost all trust

Service Rep hung up on me

Service rep hung up on me while I was getting VIN #. Later the wouldnot answer the phone. I had to have them put me on hold after they hung up on me again several times from service. Apparently he said I raised my voice, whitch is ridiculous. He sain he was two busy for him to wait for me to get my Vin # right before he hung up on me.
