Stoped by after seeing a few cars online I was interested in looking at. One car was a bit rougher than I thought, one that I didn't care for the interior color, but then we found one that was just what I was looking for. Took it for a test drive and was very satisfied. Had a couple issues I asked if they could address like a new key fob and recondition the headlights. By the end of the day the new key was ready and headlights looked amazing. I never felt pressured, and was very happy with their service and help in getting me into a vehicle that day. Stop and see Josh, Jerod and Bill if your looking for a used vehicle. I think you will be happy.

Made the 2 hour drive to Josh's from north central Indiana because we were looking for a Jeep Liberty and they had four on their lot. Fell in love with one, but it had a check engine light light on it. They let us put a deposit down with the understanding they wold fix it at their expense. It took over a week to fix (a gas cap leak that took a smoke machine and three repair shops to to find - all at their expense!) and they offered to set us up with a loaner if it didn't stay fixed. Finally closed the deal and took delivery. This kind of service is unheard of - even from a small town father and son dealership. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Purchased a ‘09 Cadillac . After viewing cars in Az, Co, Wi, Va, and a couple more states, I found what I was looking for with Josh. After conversations, pictures, negotiations, we struck a deal. I flew from Memphis and after a quick lookover,drove it back. Car was everything they said it would be. Thanks

Did an internet search for a 2012 Jeep Liberty. This car lot came up with exactly what I wanted. I called and it was available. I told them I was on my way from Troy Ohio to Lima, about an hour, and the car was waiting for me upon my arrival, this with friendly faces and wonderful and happy people. I drove it, it was in my price range and after pointing out a few minor things that needed attention before I took it, we came upon a great agreement that was very fair. They repaired all the incidentals I wanted done and I paid them their asking price because it was well within the value of the auto, especially with the items they took care of. I give them, their attitude and product all a five star rating. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Was not willing to negotiate at all after driving over an hour to look at one of their vehicles. Also did not consider myself as a younger person a serious buyer when requesting credit. I mentioned if it would work better for him I could pay cash for the vehicle. Dropped asking price by $99 on a $20,000 vehicle.

I bought a hummer h3 from them. I had it about a year and motor blew. They knew it had a bad motor! Very bad.

I looked on there website found a 2003 dodge pick up I liked talked to web advisor Kate she said they would get in contact with me in the morning waited until 10a then called the salesman said it was sold first thing that which was fine but I didn't tell them my name wanted to see if they would call there never did
