I am so happy to have received such good service I totally depend on their abilities and they monitor the car and let me know what I need to have done. I can also call them with a question and it is immediately answered

Wasted my time.

Wasted my time. Forced me to wait for hours for a quote to ship the car to my address. Asked me to hand over all my personal information. Then last minute informed me the car was sold. I do not recommend.

Valley Subaru has a wonderful service department.

Valley Subaru has a wonderful service department. I am always kept informed and treated with the utmost respect. They keep my outback running like a brand new car. As soon as my daughter gets her license, I'll be returning to Valley Subaru to make my next purchase.

Great place, people, and service team.

Great place, people, and service team. The atmosphere is very nice with comfortable seating, a clean restroom and coffee and drinks for the clients. I have had nothing but professional service since purchasing my car in 2022.

Great experience with a very short wait.

Great experience with a very short wait. They also took care of an administrative issue while I was waiting. Service included a video of the inspection they performed while getting my oil changed and the tires rotated.
