Truly a wonderful car dealership.

Truly a wonderful car dealership. Give it a 10 in all departments including service (Carmen, yes a woman) is service mgr. Gary Eavey is wonderful, knowledgeable and a very special salesman!! He sold us our Toyota 10 yrs ago and last week sold us a very special car!! Review would not allow me to put make and model! We bought a used BMW 430i not a Subaru. Will buy forrester within 24 months

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All personnel were extremely helpful and did not place any pressure on me to purchase. The post purchase follow up was fantastic as well.

This is my second Outback purchase at CMA.

This is my second Outback purchase at CMA. Brian is awesome to work with. He goes out of his way while aiming to help and please the customer. Charles is the Sales Manager. He does not hesitate to listen to customers and support the process in any way he can. Thank you both.

Have only had one interaction with the service dept.

Have only had one interaction with the service dept., & was really delighted that Corey was able to solve an ongoing problem I had since I bought the car in April. Several of the sales people tried to help me originally; but, the problem required someone with real technical knowledge. It took several attempts to rectify the issue; but, it was finally resolved!! Now, I can use the car features which I couldn’t access before. The other service people were very kind & attempted to help as well. Hopefully, all my future dealings with service issues will be handled just as carefully & as pleasantly as this one was. I really appreciated all the effort that everyone put int to resolve the problem I was having. Thanks for the great help!!!!
