Awful. They seem down to earth and nice.. but it's just a face. We bought 2 vehicles at the same time. We paid for new tires and rims with cash (nicer ones) and they refused to give us our other ones because they were still good and they wanted to use them. I was told they would replace the bubbling tint. There were 2 windows bubbling bad and they refused to pay for the more expensive one at the place of their choice even. I won't be going back in the future for anything.

DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY WILL LIE TO MAKE THE SALE
I had a terrible experience with Flagship Motors and certainly would not recommend them. I recently purchased a 2012 Volkswagen CC. There seemed to be some problems with the transmission, however, they assured me that it was behaving the way it was because it had not been “reset.” They indicated it was a “learning” transmission and would adjust shift points the more I drove it to feel smoother. I was not able to take the car to a mechanic before I purchased it but felt they were being honest with me, clearly, this was a mistake and I should not have trusted their word. Let me clarify a bit more: There was more to the communication than me just asking one time if all was working properly with the car. Over the course of weeks, I spent much time on the phone with them, asking questions, requesting confirmation of work that had been done, photos, and other issues regarding the condition of the car. Because there had been so much communication, I did feel confident and comfortable with them. I certainly trusted them with regards to how thorough their mechanics reviewed this vehicle and decided to travel some 7 hours to make the purchase. I immediately took the car for a test drive upon arrival. I felt a slight hesitation on the initial acceleration. The owner of the dealership assured me that a reset was needed for the "learning transmission" and that once it was reset this “jitteriness” or hesitation would dissipate. He also reconfirmed that their mechanics had done an extremely thorough investigation of the vehicle and saw nothing was to be of concern. Again, based on our weeks of communication and assurance by the dealership, I had no reason to doubt their sincerity or knowledge of the problem. I then drove the vehicle back to Portland, again the vehicle seemed to drive fairly well, except for initial acceleration. Once back in Portland I was able to bring the vehicle to a trusted, certified VW mechanic and his reaction was absolute shock that another mechanic would have written this off as "good condition". The mechanic’s words were "they (the dealers mechanics) are either absolutely incompetent as mechanics and could not tell you if a broken vehicle was broken or they're flat out lying to their customers". The mechanic fixed the transmission mounting bracket as well as the engine mounting brackets, and that cost me just over $1000. To get the transmission fixed I was quoted in the $2200 range. At this point, I feel that it’s important to share my experience with Flagship Motors if for no other reason, to keep anyone else from going through the stress and financial hardship that has happened to me.

Most comfortable situation buying
These folks came highly recommended. When I was overwhelmed at the idea of buying a car and the high pressure salesman that came along with it, I was really nervous. Not excited like I should be but based on prior experiences that's all I knew. Going to Flagship knowing they have excellent reviews, privately owned and a personal atmosphere made my car buying experience the best I could have ever imagined. I'm comforted knowing if there's anything wrong with my vehicle I can go back to these wonderful people for help. They have an outstanding mechanic with many years of experience whom I've known prior to coming to the dealership who has a kind heart to go with it. What more could you ask for? Local, family owned and operated, honest people wanting to do the best for their customers. Thank you guys so much for doing it the way people wish for and deserve. I'll definitely be a return customer and refer others.

Great business
Went looking for a comfortable vehicle. Found a better trade in value, a dealership who went beyond the norms to get me financed and into a great vehicle. Even after the sale, seemed very concerned with an issue..

Above expectations
Talk about no pressure! Tom sat and talked with me in a casual way that I didn't expect. He offered great ideas and wound up convincing me that I should keep my good old truck a while longer. That was not his intention, of course, but it shows me that he is serious about good relationships. I will go back there for sure.

Excellent
Just purchased my new "used" car from Tom and Lisa. I had a more than wonderful experience. I never felt pressured, never felt I was being "talked" into anything. When given my budget, they were willing to work with me. The Toyota Sienna I purchased was listed below blue book, and was a wonderful deal. I was able to take the car for an inspection by mechanic, and the few things that he found wrong, Tom was happy to fix for no charge. On purchase, I was also able to purchase a five year warranty on things like transmission and high priced repairs, which gives me peace of mind. I feel as if I was treated as a friend. I now have a quality car from a quality dealer. I can't praise this couple's business highly enough. I think we all like to feel we can "sense" honesty, sincerity and truthfulness from others. I give Tom and Lisa five stars for these qualities and I recommend them to everyone. If looking for a car, you owe it to yourself to stop there and meet them. You will be pleased.

What a difference!
My son and I spent two weeks shopping for a used car for him to go off to college. We dealt with so many sellers and always got asked how much money we wanted to spend and how we would be financing. It felt like they always asked this so they could decide how much money they would be making, not in order to help us find what we needed. They also talked about how awesome the car was. We came to Flagship as a last chance and was really pleased with our experience. They let the cars speak for themselves and checked over any concerns we had. They made sure we were happy and took great care of us without any of the pressure. They did everything they said they would. We were extremely pleased and felt we found the right place for us. They will be seeing us the next time we need another vehicle!

Bad customer service
Was deployed overseas and looking for a truck. Had all appropriate paperwork for my wife to make a transaction. When I found something we were interested I emailed and found out it was sold but there was another on the the lot. I inquired but was the told "under no circumstances" would they deal with me since I was overseas. Do you think my money is worth less since I am deployed? I had all paperwork to buy a vehicle. Horrible justification and horrible customer service.

Best Experience Ever!!
I arrived at the lot with no idea what I wanted, however I had a budget in mind. I was able to test drive multiple cars at my leisure and they didn't try to put me in a vehicle that was beyond what I could afford. Unlike most dealers they were practical and when I found my new ride the approval process was amazing and fast. I will never buy another car anywhere else.
