xxxxxxxx…read on lol. I bought a Volkswagen Jetta from them last year. While at the dealership they went as far as to print out a car fax report to show me that it didn’t have any accidents and that I would be the second owner. I asked if I could keep the copy for my records and was told that for company policy I couldn’t. Fast track a year later I take the car to a vw dealership to see how much I could get for a trade in and they show me a carfax with the second and third owners with 3 accidents the car has been in. Now I clearly understand they didn’t want me to hold onto the evidence (fake carfax) that they “showed me” the day I made the purchase. I would LOVE to see if there is some kind of rebuttal here lol. Obviously not much I can do now except for let everyone know who you’re dealing with.

I don't post reviews often but this place deserves it. I have waited a full year to write this review to make sure I was completely satisfied with my dealership experience and I am happy to say.... "this place was great!" I walked onto the lot after seeing the Toyota Venza I liked online. I was greeted promptly, car was visible and I was offered a test ride immediately. I shopped around so I knew the car was priced right. I loved it offered them $500 under asking and purchased the car that day. 1 year later and and 18,000 miles later... I still love the car and it has given me no trouble. I've only had to perform routine maintenance. I would recommend this place to anyone

I’m all for small businesses and supporting them.But what I have encountered with this dealer was nothing but problems. I went on a Saturday to pick up a car I purchased, signed all the papers paid 2500$ for their “ bumper to bumper warranty”. Later that day the engine light came on. Went back 8 times over the course of March to mid April and couldn’t get the problem fixed until than. After they fixed it and said that was the last time and go to inspection I failed. Had to go back and they were aggravated even though it is guaranteed inspection. Finally after 2 months of ownership the car passed inspection. That’s not all again 2 months into ownership and my ac went out completely. I called and they said sorry I can’t help you my service guy isn’t available, I waited 2 weeks for a call back and nothing. I purchased that 2500$ warranty they said covered everything. I took it to a gm service last week since they never replied and they stated that the warranty does not cover that part and it is 3500$ to fix a blend door. Nothing has been done when I purchased that extended warranty. It is extremely aggravating I had to go back and forth there 8 times and when something expensive goes they don’t want to help at all. They seemed like good people the day of buying the car but if you encounter any problems after, they are not there to help you

As in most cases when purchasing a used vehicle, "Buyer Beware". I worked with an enterprising young salesman by the name of "Will", young guy, fairly intelligent, who has the "used car salesman" jargon down to a science. When I purchased my pre-owned Mercedes SL550, initially Will agreed to a sales price, only to call me later and say he could not honor the sale price because someone offered him more money. Will is lacking an Integrity, but I digress. When Will's higher price offer fell through, he called me back to indicate he was willing to honor our initial agreement, which I accepted. As I said to Will, "I don't BS. I'm coming from out of state so no more surprises!" I purchased the vehicle on my first visit as Will assured the vehicle was in impeccable shape. After taking delivery, it was revealed the vehicle had a significant oil leak. I contacted Will over 3 weeks to discuss this matter, with no response. After three weeks, Will and I connected, where he indicated he did not respond because due to COVID. I'm still not sure why there were no other customer service reps within Ideal Cars USA to assist me over a three-week period, but remember, this is a customer service critique. When I purchased a vehicle I was told I would be emailed the language specific to the warranty, and what was covered by the dealer. I informed Will that due to the significance of the oil leak, I had to have the vehicle repaired at my local Mercedes dealership to the tune of $1,500. Will's response: "There's nothing I could do, as I was out with COVID." Now, while I recognize Will is not the business owner, Will is indicative of the practices and people Ideal Cars USA hires to represent their business interests. So, in closing, I did get the vehicle at a fair price, however service after the sale is incredibly poor. Will, as a sales representative for Ideal Cars USA, is what you would expect from a used car salesman who was focused on Front End cast, versus repeat business opportunities that could be generated through high customer satisfaction. Recommendation: Move to get Ideal Cars USA to agree to your independent thorough mechanical inspection of any vehicle prior to committing to a purchase. That is the only method I could suggest that would be effective in holding Ideal Cars USA accountable for service after the sale. And as for Will, forget the school boy smile and charm. He's on the front end of becoming the epitome of the stereotypically incredibly dishonest used car sales representative.

Ram 2017
We bought a Van 2017 from Ideal Auto USA couple of months ago. The vehicle had an accident which we were aware of. After fishing all the damage, it turned out the van had more malfunctions. Out of state buyer for a mercedes. Easy process in and out. Waited a bit for the title but ideally made it on time and was an easy transaction.
