Redding Subaru

Brought car in for recall. Told it normally took about 3 hours. They were able to finish recall in less than an hour, as I was waiting for the car. That was really appreciated.

I was impressed with not only their maintenance staffs work (this is a new vehicle and the maintenance they?ve done to date has been relatively routine) but the attention to detail and customer service are excellent. Great people, Thank -You!

Lease

Original communications were all either on the phone or online so our first opportunity in the dealership was yesterday to sign docs on a lease vehicle and staff was great! Carl Ragsdale, Paul Snyder, Ryan, and everyone were friendly and eager to help!
