Previous car- Subaru Forester 2015- 154,000 miles.

Previous car- Subaru Forester 2015- 154,000 miles. Owned it for 10 years. Excellent car. After test driving 22 vehicles of 10 different models from 7 dealerships, I happily purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback XT from Stateline Subaru in Somerset, MA. I worked with Lauren Silva. She knows the Subaru product. She was intuitive to my needs in a car. Initially, I thought the driver seat was going to be too low but was pleasantly surprised at the newly designed seat- comfortable and supportive. Also, Lauren has just the right balance of enthusiasm and grace throughout the sales process. She gave me time to think; I did not feel hustled. Thank you to the managerial team at Stateline Subaru- Roger, Jerome, and Joe. They were very fair and have created an atmosphere that is down-to-earth and respectful.

Highway robbery.

Highway robbery. Quoted $1300 for fuel pump $3800 for head gasket. 190$ for the diagnostic. We said no way. Found another mechanic and they fixed everything for 60$. That's right. 60$. So we paid him 100$. Don't get scammed by these outrageous price gougers.

Deceptive car dealer.

Deceptive car dealer. They don’t tell you when cars are not on the lot to get you in the door. They don’t honor advertised specials, the add illegal fees like vin etching and undercoating which was not in advertised price and they way undervalue your trade in compared to other dealers. They bate you to get you in the door and then try to screw you. Shame on them.

A big thanks to Steve Chaves at Stateline Subaru! We are so happy with our new Outback and the experience was actually enjoyable! We walked in to be met by Roger who directed us to Steve. Steve showed us everything about the car; explained why things were designed as they were; how they worked and made everything available to us, so we could make the decision - he was exceptional! This was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had, and a big shout out also goes to Joe and Inna in the Business Office. Clear, informative, helpful - we went with the idea of “looking” - not the first dealership we had tried - but it is now our go-to! Well done in developing a culture of respect and helpfulness for the consumer.

Good experience

I live in NC and haven't been able to find the car I want locally, so I decided to try an out of state purchase. This is my first time buying a car, and I've been really nervous about the process. However, Alex has been awesome: very helpful and very responsive to my questions. I'm very pleased with the experience. Thanks so much!

RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bottom feeding , deceptive don't waste your time . Price over the phone is not the price when you get to the dealership , hidden fees , high price add ons and you can only finance through the dealership or it's no sale . RUN AWAY and go to a dealer that still thinks that you matter and your time is valuable and not waste it .RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful, do not trust them

They tried to charge us $2600 extra because we were not financing. They said it was in the fine print, it was not. They eventually took it off. Then added another extra charge. Then at the final stage I asked to confirm warranty and was told that it wasn’t certified only certified ready? They are complete cons. They are why car salesman have a bad reputation.
