I bought my daughter 1st vehicle the experience with Kyle

I bought my daughter 1st vehicle the experience with Kyle was good fast and easy. But the problem that I am having now is that instead of replacing the battery they just charged it and my daughter‘s “new car” keeps leaving her stranded, it won’t start specially in this cold conditions. I schedule an appointment to get the battery replaced, but it won’t be until next week and we have been dealing it ever since we bought the car. The car is under Warranty so they should Have replaced the battery From the beginning. it just sucks dealing with the card that won’t start and can’t depend on

I had a fantastic experience working with Andrew at the dealership. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. Even though the car I originally chose didn’t end up being the right fit, Andrew worked with me to make sure I was happy in the end. There was no pressure, just honest and helpful service. Justin was helpful.

Justin was helpful. The overall time to purchase the vehicle was a bit long at about 3 hours. We were a bit annoyed that Justin didn't tell us there was only one key for the vehicle until the very end of our car buying experience. We would have appreciated knowing that at the beginning.
