I recently had the pleasure to work with Roman Marta and Alex Loya from Springs Automotive Group in Engelwood, CO in the purchase of a used 2020 Ford F-150 Limited. I live in Streetman, TX about 100 miles south of Dallas. I found the listing thru Cargurus in the internet. Although the listing had several pictures of the truck, I ask Roman to do a walk around of the truck and see if there were any defects I needed to know about. He did a complete video around the truck and a video of him driving the truck. We struck a deal for the truck, They FedEx’d paperwork which I signed and returned, then wired money to their bank, and once received arranged transport to my house in Streetman. Truck arrived this Thursday in perfect condition. Highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle contact these two gentlemen to see if they can be of assistance. Professional in every respect. if I could give them zero stars I would. I worked with the manager, Danny Eaton, and he treated me as if I rode the short bus there. Didn’t explain anything to me because it felt it would be over my head. Clearly a misogynist, however that did not stop him from trying to get into my pants. Worst experience I have ever had, and I am looking into pressing charges.

Max here. Came here originally for a Jeep I was interested in. I had issues with my ability to keep my original vehicle and they where ready and willing to assist in finding what would work for me and were transparent in doing so. When Shana was running numbers Cris was more than willing to test-drive all available options

Typical used car snake oil sales lot. Will promise the world to make a sale, but will ghost you in the end. If you are happy with the car when you leave, then all is good, if they promise you anything after the fact, don't count on it! Especially when they state that they will follow-up with you, that day never comes. Above all, if you purchase from this dealership, then make sure you do not leave the vehicle to be picked up later, any damage incurred while in their hands will not be resolved. I would avoid this stealership.

I enjoyed my experience at Springs Automotive. Everyone was forthright and helpful throughout the process. Got a good deal and loving the new-to-me ride.
