I called on Nov 29th, and set up an appt. for 10am Nov 30th, to look at a 2016 Subaru Forrester for my daughter. I arrive at 10am and I’m told they started the restoration on that car this morning, and I can’t see it. I tell them I have an appt to specifically see that car, and they take a picture and say that’s the best they can do. I can come back at a later date to see it. The whole process was very unprofessional.
