Coming from Illinois and after two days of finance work and planning and a personal promise to hold the truck, Michael Phelps and his lackeys sold it... to someone else. I mean I had the check in hand and was headed to Columbus that next morning. Very unprofessional and disingenuous. If you live out of state or more than an hour away, don't bother.
Stopped in to get some work done on my equinox. Jessica was knowledgeable, professional, and realistic about how long the repair would take. While I was... in the lounge several people checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need a ride, but no one was pushy or intrusive. Very great experience.

All I can say is WOW! I have never experienced such ease and low pressure when looking at cars! I have always been given the runaround at other dealerships,... but it's clear that Chevy of Columbus really wants to do right by their customers. They are really involved in the community too! Visited Chevy of Columbus on 10 28 1018 for cash purchase. Tyler Menendez was salesman. Car was to be serviced and they will call when completed. They... did call but car was no longer there. Then to find out they ran my credit for different car 4 times. Salesmanger Nick said he would have the hard inquirys taken off but this never happened.

I was disappointed in the overall visit. I took my car in to get my tires rotated and my oil changed. The service representative came out to talk to me... and told me I needed to balance my tires instead of looking at my service record and seeing I just had my tires balanced last visit. This tells me all they care about is selling you more services instead of actually helping you with what you need.
