We are located at 6200 Merriam Dr. in Merriam KS. We specialize in vehicles from $8K - $20K. We service and detail all vehicles for sale and offer a free warranty on every vehicle. Our goal is not only to sell you a car today but to have you as a customer for life for future sales and service for your cars.

Unprofessional Experience

The whole experience was odd from the beginning. I had reached out online and provided my trade information. The next day I was called by someone, and once again, I was asked about my trade information and provided it. Upon going to the dealership, I was approached by someone who didn't even introduce themselves (only to find out later that this was the gentleman who had called me.) I was given the keys to the car and took it for a test drive. It was in much rougher shape than I had hoped for, but I was still interested. When I stated my concerns about the vehicle, the man shrugged behind his desk and then once again asked about my trade. After I provided this information (for the third time,now, mind you) he basically scoffed at me and said his small dealership couldn't possibly go beyond their scope to give me what I wanted. I understand this, but was also very concerned why this information was not provided up front before I wasted 2 hours of my time coming to the dealership. Very bizarre and cold experience.

Just like all other comments below price was listed a one price credit was ran and then out of no where price was up 5800 dollars different and was only told to I should have read the disclaimer very bad experience after driving over 1hr to see the car 15k to 21500 there’s no way all frees ask to see the bank loan request and I’m sure it won’t match up to what your looking to borrow To: All if your reading this beware and if you go be sure to ask to see the bank finance request and watch all the BS fees this is a very big scam- read all the reviews it’s the same complaint over and over you’ve been warned

Horrible customer service

just now This is the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we stepped into the building we received horrible customer service. The man that was inside didn’t even bother to walk out to show us the car. He just told us the keys are inside and told us to test drive it on our own. We paid a $500 deposit and then when we came to pick up the car saw a huge crack in the trunk. When we asked to get our money back we were told no that there are no refunds so we lost $500 to these guys. It’s very disappointing that they don’t care more about customer service and would not refund us the $500 even though we did not purchase the car and there was major damage that they said would cost $1500 to fix. I do not recommend coming to them to buy a car because they are not concerned with customer service. We were cheated out at $500 and will definitely never return again.

Great Car , EXCELLENT Price and Service !

Checked 6 dealers in KC Metro area , looking for a “ first car “ for a young family member . Wanted car in the $10,000 to $15,000 price range with preferably lower mileage , good safety rating and not older than 2015 model . Steve Burkhart showed us several cars on their lot , all of which appeared to be well maintained and serviced . Steve provided extensive owner and service history on each car , including current market price ranges . Comparing AllStar Auto’s inventories , prices and car history info with other “Big Name “ dealers , I give All Star the top spot for cars in our set price range . Having narrowed our search to Toyota Camary or Mazda 6 , I received a late evening text from Steve indicating that they had just received a one owner 2016 Mazda 6 with relatively low mileage- - we test drove the car the following morning and were impressed with its loaded options , excellent condition , 30K mileage , good service records and some remaining manufacturers warranty . Although the price was slightly above our original limit , Steve and the management worked with us to complete a great deal with no closing hassles . Based on our positive experience at All Star , another family member is also considering their cars . Anyone in the market for a clean , reliable used car should definitely check out All STAR Auto !

Customer Service Excellent

I was in the market to buy a newer used car, and I stopped by All Star Auto to check out a couple of cars I had found online. Johnny was my initial contact, and I could tell from my first visit that he would give it to me straight, no BS, and he wasn't pushy in the slightest. Very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and I ended up going to look on three different occasions, eventually settling on one that I liked. The buying process was very quick and painless, I believe I was in and out of the office in half an hour total (from the price agreement to the document signing). And their dealership administration fee is substantially lower than some of the other dealerships I checked out. Also, they offered to fix my loose driver's side handle for free a week after I had already purchased the car. Overall, their customer service is great (Johnny especially) and I had a great buying experience. I will definitely go back in the future when I'm in the market again.

DONT GO HERE

The owner said he would treat me like his daughter. Now I'm not sure he even has any, because if he does he treats them like xxxx. I bought a car from here, realized before I pulled away that the CD player doesnt work (yeah my fault for not checking first) but the owner promised he would order a new one and put it in. Welp that was 2.5 months ago, havent heard from him. I've called several times, the guy who I always talked to(not the owner, never could talk to him for some reason) just made up a bunch of excuses and was a real jerk. So here is your poor review

Purchasing a car

I never thought i would put as much faith into a car salesman as I did with Sammi. I am from out of state and saw a posting with the exact car I was looking for. After talking with Sammi I bought a one way plane ticket and left the next day. I was hoping that this car was in as good of shape as it was described to me (I obviously needed a way home). Since this all happened so fast and all the timing worked out for me, the only day I could be there was a Sunday when the store was closed. Sammi was gracious enough to open the shop and let me come see the car on his day off. The car turned out to be exactly what I wanted, as described, and I made it home 12 hours later. With this specific transaction there circumstances that made the title unavailable with the sale. The car was just purchased from an auction and listed shortly after, so before I could get the title, All-Star had to get the title from the auction house. Sammi assured me that by having the bill of sale from All-Star to me that there would be no problem getting the title from them. With all the scams that are going on in today's society, I knew I was taking a risk. Sammi did his due diligence and kept me informed of any communications with getting the title from the auction house. Two weeks later I was over-nighted the Title for my car. Thank you Sammi and All-Star for being honest and going above and beyond for all of your customers. I would definitely buy a car from them again.
