This dealership is bad, Kendall and Richard sold my daughter a car in March of this year 2012 Equinox. my daughter haven't had her car for 4 months she can't even drive her car as we speak. took the car to get a diagnostic and come to find out her timing chain was broke chevy dealership said that Kendall and Richard had to know that the car was xxxx up now they trying to charge my daughter $6,000 to fix it ohh let's not forget the xxxxxxxx warranty they gave her it's not worth xxxx.

Went to buy a used car and the sales experience was good at the time of purchase. Not even a week after purchase had to start putting money into it. Told Kendall a few times when I went back in for one reason or another. He kept saying he would help but he made no money off my trade (B.S). I know he didn't have to put $1000 into the car after I traded it in like I have had too in order for the car to be at least safe If you wanna buy a decent reliable car be sure not to buy the junk they sell. They do the bare bare minimum to get there vehicle to sell. The " as is" paper you sign is there way to sell junk to unknowing customers

Give good prices on your trade ins and weren't pushy.

These guys are great! We gave Andy a list of what we wanted in a vehicle, a budget to stay within and within a very short time he had us EXACTLY what we had asked for! Right down the the color even!
