Zachery provided me excellent customer service. We discussed the best options for me and my vehicle and I appreciated Zachary’s honesty and advice.

Although, this was a recurring issue, they made sure this time it wouldn't happen again by ordering a replacement. Also compensated me for my time. The staff in the service department are always friendly.

Service was fast and good. Care was taken as to what I thought and my concerns. Felt like I mattered.

Overall West Herr has been great to work with ,from sales to service and collision repair. The whole team has gone above and beyond to have great customer service. We are on our third vehicle purchase and will definitely return and recommend.

Took my car in for a Ford recall, Zac in Greece collision was fantastic from start to finish Very friendly, explained before and after service Ask for him! Ladies at collision desk we’re on top of things My car was clean as a whistle inside/ out when returned back to me I can say “nothing” about people in service dept where I received a loaner

My wife and I have over 50 years of customer services and operation experience combined. We tend to think we have a adequate grasp of quality service and operations. Our recent purchase was quite impressive. We made a purchase and decided to wait for the delivery so we were at the dealer for a few hours. At all times their team kept us informed of their progress, they always clearly and promptly answered questions and exceeded our expectations several times. The facility was very comfortable, clean and easy to find what you need. All of the employees genuinely seem happy and greeted us for the few hours we were there. We will buy from West Herr again!

Needed a stolen key fob replaced ASAP. Nick at West her Ford got me right in, took care of me promptly, great service.

We initially came in to look for a vehicle for my hubby turns out that we both left out with cars mine was a 2025 Ford Bronco all the bells and whistles! I’m excited 😊my husband purchased a 2022 Ram loaded and the color he desired. We are so very happy that our salesperson assured us that this was gonna be a smooth transaction and it was.
