I just bought my new to me Rav4 and couldn't be happier with the experience. After looking around for a reliable car to replace my old one I was getting tired of being given the run around and basically being told I should buy new. Rick Sr. was like a breath of fresh air with his knowledge and confidence in his vehicles. Not only did he make the buying experience painless but him and his staff made turning in my old car and picking up the new one a breeze as well. While sitting in the office I noticed a photo of Pilgrim Auto and asked if it was the one in Plymouth. Rick was surprised I recognized it and even more surprised when I told him that's where I bought my first car when I was 15 almost 20 years ago. I left knowing that I bought my car from the right people that give the type of service only a small family owned business can.
