Came in to get my Nissan serviced, since I saw a great offer from them. I didn't have the coupon with me, but Mark still honored the advertised price.... He kept me updated on the status of the service and the state of my car. Replaced the battery for me, which was under warranty and recommended to flush the break fluid. I declined the fluid flush, since it cost as much as I paid for the whole service and my car only had 35,000miles. They even wiped down my car.

Purchased a used 2017 Rouge in Aug 2017. We did not realize that the vehicle had locking lug nuts until today. The special key was not in the vehicle... when purchased. After several non-returned phone calls, I drove to the dealership to discuss my situation that I am unable to even change a tire. I spoke to the sales manager (Jose) who directed me to service. After inspection, service manager told me that the sales manager would not provide me with the tool nor replace my lug nuts with standard nuts. I could however purchase a new set or drive away with without them. I was a tad upset with that response, I did drive away with 4 of the 5 lug nuts on each wheel. This is the 3rd incident I've had with Irvine Nissan questionable management tactics. However the service department has always been good to me.

The place provides a lot of services and its located just beside 5 highway. It used to be very friendly in terms of service but recently they are getting... greedy and not providing even the simplest services like looking at a simple gauge without charging you (high amount). I think this became their profit model to have good promotions but charge for everything else. Mark handled my car this time and he didn’t seem sincere. Had better experience with their other experts
