Drove 7 hours to purchase a car we were told was in excellent condition only to find it had multiple scratches, a rear quarter panel that had been poorly repaired and a leaking trunk. Service manager did not seem to care and was dismissive of the issues we found. Walked away, drove 7 hours home and purchased a vehicle elsewhere.

Brought a car from them and they even get my check engine light off I’ve been to the car service center more then I actually drove the car 🤦🏽♀️these people act like they care but really don’t plz don’t not buy with them should have followed my first mind n stuck with Carmax 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

A Nightmare
I purchase a car from them on 10/1/2022 contacted them on 11/28/2022 with concerns about the vehicle cause I had to call roadside assistance twice for a jump start and the car was running hot … the. Management said it was past the 15 day 500 miles warranty.. he tried to offer me there warranty plan for like 4,000 a year and hade to put 400.00 dollars down to start .. want a scam .. But I was explaining to him that I’m not pass the 500 miles .. He was rude and I didn’t get anywhere with him .. I had the car towed for repair .. the car need a starter the repair cost 1900.00 .. fluid pump replacement & thermostat transmission repair cost close to 3200.00 .. all of this… sold me a real lemon … contact an attorney about the matter & the finance company cause I’m not paying for that car.. DO NOT BUY A. CAR FROM THEM .. REPEAT DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM THEM.

Bought a used car from them. Wouldn’t recommend them though. Only had the car for 3days and the car broke down. The worst. I have never bought a car that broke down that quick. I can say they were friendly in there and did will work with you. A night mare

HAPPY BUYER
did the online application and was approved. I didn't have a ride to the dealership but they were kind enough to send me an uber on their expense. That's what I call amazing staff. Sure enough I left the lot in my new whip. Thanks Baha Auto!
