I have bought a certified 2023 Toyota highlander withh 14K miles in September 10, 2024e. After I bought the car heard squeaky noise from passenger side. I went and took back the car to the hertz dealer. They took the complaint and said the will get back with me. I has been 4 weekd and never get reponse. every day reaching out the dealer manager..

Hertz of course doesn't take care of their customers the right way but They also do not realize that their employees are their biggest asset and are important.From the ground up throw the whole business away.

I drove 3 hours to buy a car here in July 2019. They have some of the best prices on quality used cars in the southeast. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here even if it’s a far drive. Very professional sales team from the time I picked up the phone to the time I drove away with my car I purchased.

Everything went fairly smooth. Processing the purchase took a little over an hour. At other dealerships it can take 3-4 hours. I forgot to inquire about the 2nd key until ready to drive away and was informed it only came with ONE key..............ask this question before you buy as this particular key costs around $300. Overall a fair price for what is a great car! Would have been better with 2 keys like I was assuming. If it came with 2 keys I would give them 5*'s!

I called to verify that a particular car was in stock and in good condition. Patrick verified on the computer that the car was in stock. I asked if he had seen the car and could verify it's in good condition, as there weren't any photos on Autotrader. He said they have a lot of cars, so he hasn't seen this particular car, but that almost all the cars are in great condition. Based on this conversation, I spent $25 on uber expecting to drive away in my new used car. Upon arrival, I learned that the car that was advertised as silver was actually white. It also had significant dents in the hood. The salesman would have known if he had walked 50 feet from the front door to check the car out while I was on the phone. I was shown 3 other silver cars like I wanted, but they all had serious dents that ruled them out. Now I'm out $50 in Uber fees and a half day of my time.

My husband and I drove down from the Chattanooga area to look at a Suburban we found online. When we arrived we saw that they had added another to their inventory. We fell in love with it. We were going to trade in our vehicle to purchase the Suburban. We ran into a situation with it that we as experienced car buyers had never experienced. They helped us think of a solution. Once we resolved that issue, another issue that was new for them popped up with the vehicle we wanted to buy. Ray and Miguel had worked past closing and went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle to come home after we sold ours. This was definitely an unusual experience, but the level of customer service was amazing!! We would highly recommend Hertz Car Sales Stone Mountain to anyone!!!

Very smooth first time car buying experience. Patrick helped me to find a perfect car but unfortunately it had a minor recall and the part was back ordered. Patrick and the owner worked with me to find a different car and even matched the price of the one I wanted originally. I financed through my credit union so I was literally in and out within 30 minutes the day I came to actually purchase the car. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Hertz Car Sales!
