I was told my car was ready for pickup at noon.

I was told my car was ready for pickup at noon. It wasn't ready by 2:00 and there was another $1,600 in parts and maintenance fees upon pickup. Other than that, amazing customer service

I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused you, as we explained we tried multiple times to get the alignment to hold before discovering the bad control arm bushings, we did not charge you anything additional just gave you an estimate for the needed repairs. I apologize if there was a miscommunication. We had completed the alignment by 12, however the other issues caused the vehicle to still pull after multiple attempts. This unfortunately happens in our business sometimes where unforeseen issues can cause delays, this was one of those situations. I am sorry we failed to meet your expectations but be assured our interest was in making your vehicle safe and getting it right. Again I apologies for the experience you had, it is definitely not the norm here, customers always come first as we know you have options and its the right thing to do.

unexplained Price changes

So disappointed that I rode all the way up to owings mills to get there and have them change the price more than $2000 more and when I told them, they said prices subject to change and wanted to work number but not change the original price I was quoted. I was there and ready to buy and they got greedy and got nothing. This was the email I was sent and not honored. The vehicle is in outstanding condition with a very low mileage for the year (46.477 only). The Retail Value of the vehicle is $18,376.00 and we are selling it for $14,481.00 + fees.

I had my Nissan car towed to this dealership due to sudden issue where car started shaking during acceleration, service engine light flashed, and car seemed to lose power. Brooke was my service advisor. I had a very poor experience with this dealership due to feeling like they were not being honest and trying to rip me off. I was quoted a fee of $600.00 which included the $149.00 diagnostic fee for recommendation that a "tear down" of the engine was required to do a compression test in order to determine if the car needed a tune-up or an engine replacement. I talked to a couple of my trusted family and friends for there advice considering the age and mileage of my car...2010 and 178K miles. They all said that the diagnostic test is able to test engine compression and questioned why additional service with several hundred additional dollars was recommended. I am very dissatisfied by shady business practices and will not give this dealership any more of my business or referrals.

New Nissan Rogue 2020

I had recently an excellent experience at Antwerpen Nissan-Owings Mills. I needed to lease the new Nissan Rogue 2020 and when I got there Mr Chano King ( the associate) made things easy and possible for me by using his expertise and professionalism. After going for a driving test with Mr King, I knew that I made the right choice by choosing the New Nissan Rogue 2020. I am very satisfied with my choice.

John Proud, great explainer.

My car is still in the shop, it will fall under an insurance claim but John gave a very detailed explanation of the problem making it easy for someone with little knowledge of cars to understand.
