I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2015 Altima from Antwerpen Nissan in Owings Mills, Md. The salesman, Dakota Denton, my Salesman,was really great to work with and provided me with extreme customer service. Chuck Shulze, the Finanance Manager, went over all of the aspects of purchursing the car and worked to provide the best deal ever!!(no kidding). As I was waiting to complete my purchase, Mike Shuman, the General Manager stopped to chat and to thank me for my purchase. Allen Jansen, another Salesman, also stopped to chat. Bottom this was the friendliest dealership that I have been in in 20 years. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

Allen was informative and personable, but not pushy when trying to sell us a new vehicle. Staff was willing to work with us on price of new car as well as trade-in. Allen, even went across the street to get my pregnant wife some food while we waited on paperwork and the car to be detailed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Sales representative Allen Jansen was very nice. It was obvious that he was young and a new sales rep, but he carried himself very maturely and professionally. The sales process took a few hours, but that appears to be attributed to how busy the dealership was on the day we came in (Saturday). The sales manager, Steve, was very accommodating and worked with us to get the purchase price and payments where we were comfortable.
