This is a total scam. After submitting credit application, it only tells you that they already installed an extra service(Lojack) that you have to pay extra for and it costs about 15% of the price of the car. You are just gonna get a hard inquiry to your credit score for nothing.

Predators
Poor service bad customer service they are just sitting there to rip you off and try to take money out of your pocket as much as they can they won’t tell you the exact amount and will make you to sign the contarct.we really had a bad experience going there..Folks if you wanna save your money go some where else they are just predators.

Old school sales Lies Lies Lies
VW Mos Bros lies to get you in the door for an appt. Very old school sales where bullying, lying and putting you in a chair for hours is the way they think sales works. No respect for the buyer. There are a number of dealer to choose from without dealing with them. I asked more than once on phone if the car I wanted was available and on the lot before paying $50 in gas to drive there. I was told yes and made appt. Once I got there they said car wasn’t there and , “oh I told someone to call and tell you didn’t they call you??” Go elsewhere, buyers be warned. I wouldn’t suggest this dealership to anyone.

Bait and switch
Unfortunately this dealer uses a bait and switch technique. After driving to this dealership 2 times to talk about a vehicle we couldn't come to an agreement on a price and I was ok with that. However, on the third day, I received a call from Jaime offering me the price that I was after. He said they could do that price and asked how fast I could get to the dealership. I live on the other side of Moreno Valley so I told him 10-15 min. While on my way (One exit away) I get a phone call from Jaime again saying he is very sorry but the General Manager told him they couldn't do the price he offered. Since I was already so close I told him I would talk to him shortly. Once in the dealership Mitchel, Jaime's manager, explained that it wasn't an actual offer, he was asking "IF" they could do that lower price, when "CAN" I come. However Jaime admitted to being new and in training and that he made a mistake and he though it was an offer, not an "IF". Either way, I drove all the way down there on a deal that they wouldn't honor. So I asked to speak to the person who said no, they said that was the GM. They explained that the GM was busy...he doesn't normally talk to customers...could I come back the next day to talk to someone else...the GM isn't available. I answered no, I am here, the GM is the person who said no, so I want to talk to them. Then I asked for his name and no one would tell me. I knew his name was David but when I asked for his last name, they stayed silent. I just looked online and was able to find his name, Davis Ortiz, but it's amazing that they wouldn't even tell me his name. After sitting in the office for 15-20min waiting for the GM, the salesman says "hey, it's 6:30 I'm off, so I'm going to leave now" so I get up to go to David Ortiz's office and wait for him there but to my surprise he is strolling around the lobby, the employees never tried to get him, he didn't even know that they called and made me an offer. In California a verbal contract is legally binding, Jaime offered me a car for a set price. The GM said no it was just posturing, however, Jaime already admitted to making a mistake. He thought it was in fact an offer. So why would he posture if he thought he was making an offer? The point of this story is that after three trips to this dealership, a false offer to get me to drive to the dealership again, and lots and lots of unnecessary waiting. I am very disappointed in this dealership. I had bought from them before, but I won't ever buy from them again. I work in a field that I interact with many city officials and the entire Moreno Valley Community, you can bet that I will spread the word to go somewhere else.

The best customer service!
Amazing customer service!. Heriberto was the salesman who I worked with. Extremely personable and pleasant to work with. He was very straightforward and explained everything very well. This had to be the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My previous experience was with Mercedes Benz where I spent a good 4-5 hours during the car buying process. Just because the car is "luxury" doesn't mean you'll receive quality customer service. What made the difference for me at Moss Bros was that Heriberto really listened to me and he accommodated my needs. We first talked on the phone and I told him I had two main concerns. I didn't want to spend all day (my one day off) at the dealership and I was going to have to get to the dealership late because I didn't have a car and needed to grab an uber. Heriberto heard this and made sure I was able to complete all the necessary paperwork and applications electronically so when I arrived I was there maybe an hour at most. And, the way I got there was not by uber, but by the dealership. Heriberto arranged for someone to pick me up from my home, in the car I wanted, and drive me to the dealership. Moreno Valley to Anaheim is a bit of a drive, but he made it happen. By the way, I don't like these types of surveys. I never complete them. I'm too busy but I had to do this one. Heriberto deserves to be acknowledged for representing Moss Bros extremely well. He's worth investing in. Lots of potential with this young man. Amazing team at Moss Bros! Excellent customer service. 2012 VW Jetta Service
I took in my 2012 VW Jetta to be serviced at Moss Bros Volkswagen of Moreno Valley. My car had two recalls and needed the horn replaced and some electrical diagnostics. As soon as I arrived, Francisco Pulido (Service Advisor) greeted me at my car door and immediately checked me in. Francisco worked with me throughout the entire process. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. My car stayed at the shop for two days, and Francisco kept me updated and was very transparent. I generally avoid service shops at dealerships due to cost and reputation. However, I had to take my car in because of the recalls, and I'm glad I took it to Moss Bros. My expectations were exceeded. Also, the shuttle driver (whose name I can't recall) was great. He was polite and provided exceptional customer service. He drove safely and obeyed all traffic laws. He initiated and maintained a pleasant and appropriate conversation with me throughout the duration of the drive. If needed, I would return to Moss Bros Volkswagen of Moreno Valley.
