This might’ve been the worst experience I’ve had buying

This might’ve been the worst experience I’ve had buying anything. In the first 5 months I had my car, I spent more in repairs than I did actually buying the car, and it has been to the repair shop 5 times as of now. The last time I took it in, the mechanic at the shop said it might not even have to correct engine in it. If you have any questions about my experience, please feel free to respond or contact me about it and I will gladly give you more details on my experience. Tried calling in multiple times, wasn’t helped at all. Extremely frustrating experience, would never recommend this place to anyone.

The only problem I have is that there wasn't an owners

The only problem I have is that there wasn't an owners manual with the car and didn't realize it until I got home. I did out a call until Garrett, as of yet have not heard back from him

Actually, the beginning of the sale was quick and smooth.

Actually, the beginning of the sale was quick and smooth. A week later, it started getting complicated as banks were having issues. But the with persistence and professionalism, the deal got complicated and am now a happy customer. I’ll recommend the dealership to friends and love ones moving forward. Clement.

I felt initially good about the sale and vehicle.

I felt initially good about the sale and vehicle. However the final paperwork process I feel was rushed and now I feel I know why. The car has damage indicative of being in a car accident. I reached to my salesman, the sales manager and finance manager. Sales manager told me I got a used vehicle and should expected imperfections. Also told me CarFax said there were no reported accidents. The lack of responding to my concerns furthers my worries that they knew more and didn’t disclose.
