Amazing

This is a true gem of a dealership. Normally car buying can be very stressful, and usually I deal with a lease broker for my cars to avoid wasting my time talking to arrogant staff (especially here in NY) This place is far from a normal dealer.... they make you feel like family. My normal broker usually gets the best deals on German and Jap cars.... We had some numbers drawn up on a BMW x1 and Benz A class which were very competitive... but my wife wanted a Jeep. Happy Wife = Happy Life.... So I contacted a few dealers and I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Algieri and he is a very laid back, hard working, no pressure professional. I put an inquiry in and in the mater of moments he responded. The other dealers in the area called me but wanted me to set an appointment to meet in person, trying to sell me over the phone without understanding what I wanted. I didn't want to do that. I wanted to take care of the deal remotely and meet in person to sign.. White Plains Chrysler is the only place that showed true compassion and understanding. Plus I felt like I was dealing with a human, not a robot which these other Jeep places in the tri-state sound like. We did the interaction during COVID-19 so we exchanged emails, he got my wife the car she wanted at a very fair deal. At first I thought it was too good to be true, but the number he said is what we paid....no funny games, or fees. We got the car in about 24 hours from start to finish. Right after we signed Augie DiFeo the owner came out to personally say hi to me and my wife and see how we were doing, and showed his true appreciation for doing business. This is what makes all the difference. I personally am in finance/technology and I'm in the front-lines dealing with clients all day. I ALWAYS do right by people and unfortunately not everyone is like that... It was a good feeling to be on the receiving end and dealing with people that care. I'll be referring a lot of my clients/friend to this place. If you need a vehicle ask for Joe and he will take care of you. Thank you White Plains Jeep

Honest and knowledgeable

CHRIS in service and Joe the manager are excellent. I've been to many dealers but not one where they really care about you and your car

Sugar service; threatening staff

This used to be two stars but someone calls and threatens you when you leave reviews. Now it's one star. Avoid this place. Several team members were not respectful during service. There was no rental available and no arrangements were made to help me obtain a rental. Issues still remain after the repair that nessecitate further work.

Vincent provided awesome service twice!

I?ve had my car repaired at the White Plains Dealer twice this year and Vincent helped me both times with great service. He is knowledgeable and friendly, let me know the services the car needed and the costs, and very efficient. I had great experiences and will go back for the car maintenance again. Highly recommend Vincent!

jeep 4x4

My wife and I went to buy a new car from this dealership. Bad experience all around. Owner did not stand by his salespersons deal that he signed with us. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. If you sign an agreement shouldn't that be the deal? They make copies of your buyout of your lease, your license and insurance and registration. They take your car for inspection. They call you to come pick up your new car. Then that day the owner says he can't do the deal because his saleperson made a mistake and he will lose too much money? We are repeat customers. Needless to say I AM VERY UNSATISFIED with the experience at this dealership at White Plains Chrysler Jeep!

Dealer response

"We were unable to fulfill the customers request due to the fact that the balance owed on the lease was significantly greater than the estimated amount at the time the order was written. We should have confirmed the balance owed in a more timely manner and for this inconvenience, we do apologize. We did not fail to meet our obligation as the balance owed was greater than the estimated amount."

Jeep 4 x 4

Me and my wife went to purchase a new truck. The salesman made us a great deal. Then the owner reneged on the deal. They said that the deal that the salesman made would make the dealership lose money. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing at this place. It is okay for the customer to lose money but not them. All business. Not about the customer. And we were repeat customers. What does that tell you about loyalty?

Great Buying Experience

Went to this dealership after locating a certain 2014 Grand Cherokee online. Chris was my salesperson who made the experience great. No pressure and the obtained a lower interest rate for me and also a fantastic price on the factory extended warrant. This was the only dealer after visiting numerous that did not have any ridiculous or hidden paperwork or destination charges.

Great service

I went to this dealership after visiting 4 others. The friendliness and customer service at this location was the best! My sales rep was Walter. He was very nice, knowledgable and helpful in the car buying process. He was very patient with us and helped us make sure everything was set so I could pick up my car without a problem. Walter really tried to get us the best price on our 2012 Jeep Wrangler. The entire staff was great. I financed with my own bank and they did not try to pressure me to finance with their bank which I greatly appreciate! Overall, I would definitely return. Thank you Walter!

great service twice now!

I just leased the second Jeep Cherokee Overland from White Plains Jeep. I have had extremely good service from the entire sales team both times. My salesman Ted Plenge was both knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman again.

Great Experience, Knowledgeable Salesforce

I've had my new Jeep Cherokee for just a week and absolutely love it! As my first experience purchasing a brand new car, from a dealership that didn't have a family member working in it, my experience was great. Ted P, was very personable, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience very easy. The whole experience from the test drive to delivery took only 4 days, had the new before Thanksgiving! My only complaint is the actual dealership, the building is outdated and could definitely use a remodeling to help make any wait time more comfortable. Will surely be recommending Ted and White Plains to others!
