If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Caesar made one of the most unforgettable moments of my life even more special. I was completely shocked when my husband surprised me at the dealership with my dream car the Mercedes-Benz GLE53 AMG and Caesar looked at me and said, “Seana, there are good moments and bad moments in life… and this is one of the amazing ones.” That alone brought me to tears. He didn’t rush me or brush it off instead, he was so kind and calming and said, “Yes, that’s it… let it out.” He truly understood what this moment meant. From start to finish, Caesar was exceptional. He gave us a full guide of the car, took us on a drive to walk through every feature, helped me choose the perfect color, and made sure I felt excited and confident in every decision. He was never pushy just genuinely invested in making sure I had the best experience possible. He even went above and beyond with a photo shoot setup, complete with a big bow, and brought us to the swag store to pick out some Mercedes merch. I’ve never owned a luxury car before, and Caesar made this feel like a dream come true. If you’re buying a car especially if it’s a Mercedes ask for Caesar. He’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and truly one of a kind. This wasn’t just a car purchase it was a moment I’ll remember for the rest of my life, and Caesar played such a huge part in that. You don’t meet many people in sales who truly feel like they’re celebrating with you, but Caesar did. His kindness, care, and genuine joy made me feel so seen and valued. I walked away with my dream car, but more than that, I left with the feeling that someone had really gone above and beyond to make that dream come true. I’ll never forget it. Excellent service, zero hassle, professional staff. We bought Mercedes-Benz from the dealership years ago and now we take both of our Mercedes-Benz cars there for maintenance. It is always a pleasure to do business with Mercedes-Benz of El Cajon.

I have been taking my car for service for a few years and

I have been taking my car for service for a few years and each time my experience with Mercedes at El Cajon location has been wonderful. The service advisor Joshua Childers is very knowledgeable, honest, considerate and takes his time to explain the issues and the cost. Joshua is always pleasant with an awesome customer service. He values his customer! Also, Carlos in the front desk of service department is very helpful, polite and pleasant. Thank you so much for AWESOME service always.
