I wouldn't take my AMG any were else. Very nice and great customer service. They helped me with all my concerns. The Dealership was spotless i was very... impressed how clean the shop was.
From answering the phone, appt scheduling, drive up, loaner, waiting room, parts department, quality of service is top notch. I have other cars with other... automakers and their dealership does not compare. This is the new standard. Leading the pack was my service advisor Franco. Friendly, knowledgeable, and managed my expectation. That's what we clients/customers need.
Absolutely the worst. Didn't want to fix tire pressure sensor on a Chevy city van. told me I'll take care of it then tried to have me sign "die bill"... saying it would be fixed then after it went to the mechanic, salesman Casey said sorry we're not a Chevy dealership we're not gonna fix it. wasted 6 hours for nothin. DONT GO HERE.
Excellent service and customer service. Our car came out looking brand new! The exterior and interior are impeccable. We look forward to using this dealer... in the future for service and in purchasing a new car. The location is very convenient for us, too.

Went for service over here as my original dealer was little further away. I had terrible experiences 1. Just after leaving from service, in one of the... tires the pressure went low almost flat due to air leakage, had to drive to nearest tire shop luckily which was barely gonna close. Tire shop people said there was some dirt near the valve which caused leakage which never happened to me before 2. I complained my car was shaking while driving, service said they checked everything and nothing was wrong even after telling them it’s bad. They told me it’s acceptable shaking(seriously?). I tried to show it to other mechanic who told it’s ‘serious’ shaking and probably from bad struts. 3. They washed the car and left heavy swirl scuff marks which I will have to deal with forever. I trusted them with my car, I made a big mistake. I should have gone back to my original dealer.
Tomas was great! no pressure and an honest guy. Marjan was great also. This was the easiest car buying transaction my wife and I have ever experienced.
I never dreamed I would write a good review for a car dealership but I purchased two vehicles from this dealership over a 3-year timeline. One car was... new the other car was a used CPO and I surprisingly have no complaints. Now before you say “oh he bought 2 expensive cars so they treated him good" let me tell you, both car purchases were for under 40k each time, meaning I was a small fish with shallow pockets but never made to feel less than a whale. The staff are professional and polite, the building is new and clean. As with any purchase little things happen and I was dumbfounded at the level of professional courtesy I was given while the “team” made it right. I remember telling my wife how the clause in my used CPO purchase order didn’t cover the item I wanted fixed, however the manager went above and beyond to “make it right" at no cost to me. In today’s world of hurry up and get the money I am pleased to have experienced real customer service like I had when I was younger.
No words can describe the amazing experience I had at Mercedes! From walking in, to test driving, to financing....I've never been treated like family!... I left Mercedes 10 years ago, I will never leave again!
