My family has been buying cars from Mt. Pleasant Auto Sales for years. I recently bought another vehicle from John and couldn’t be happier. Most used car salesmen are slimy and only out for themselves, but he made sure I got a great deal on a great car. I really can’t say enough good about my experience.

Fantastic service! I really couldn't be happier, they work with you, no hassle. I had lost a cylinder in my 06 Impreza told him my loan limit and made it work. Every thing I asked of him his response was "I'll take care of you." Upon him delivering the car he heard a sway bar link starting to rattle, he wrote down his mechanic's number and told me to take it to him and he'll bill the dealer. I've never had a dealer who did so much for me and treated me like a valued customer. I'll be a repeat customer and I'll refer Jon and Sherry every chance I have. Great service!

Bought a Subaru from these folks a few years ago (shopping again now). Vehicle died a couple days after (alternator, I believe). They went _way_ out of their way to help - paid bills, serviced car, and delivered it back to our home 30 miles away on Easter Sunday... refused (mailed) thank you gift - just all around quality people. No other (unexpected) issues over the next few years. Couple of the complaints here seem to reflect/expose the dealer's small size (mom/pop - literally perhaps) - but, that is also an advantage.

Never contacted me back. Had cash in hand to purchase a vehicle, and never emailed or called me back. Bought elsewhere.
