I bought a new car with elite motors. And everyone there treated me like family and was very helpful. Carlos was my salesman and he made sure I got the car that I wanted and Neal was awesome in financing me a car without a co-signer they really went to bat for me and I highly recommended them to anyone. Great experience.

My husband and I went to this facility to buy my daughter her first car. The guy was going to give us a “good deal” since my husband was a retired marine. He told us that he would of even bought this car for his own daughter. After 3 months of owning the car, it completely started falling apart, after 6 months the car was not even worth fixing for what it was worth. We are now trying to trade it in to get her a safe reliable car ( which the one from them was not) we are told the car had a salvage title. That was never ever told to us when we bought the car. This place is shady and I do not reccomend it to anyone. Please take your business else where.

Hiram motors was a such a disappointment. Me and my beautiful wife went looking for a new used car. We dealt with Jeff (salesman) and Dean (finance mgr.). When my wife called and asked him about their inventory she was told by Jeff that they had hundreds of cars and yes they had Honda accords like we wanted. Once we arrived we knew that wasn’t true. They had a bunch of hyundai sonatas with 100k+ miles and older suvs. We tell Jeff that I really want a Honda Accord so be says no problem he and dean will have me a Honda Accord within a week, actually 5 days. Then he pre approves us running our credit. That was our fault for allowing him to do that before he even has a car for us. Jeff especially and dean also promise this and that talking so much game. Well let me sunmarize, we didn’t receive 1 call from them after leaving their office that day. I called and text Jeff several times and he made excuse after excuse why they haven’t found me a car. After a couple of weeks we call dean to follow up with him. He promises is he would call us directly in the next day or two with an update. Well he hasn’t called us since and this is approx 1 month ago. In summary this was such a joke and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to Hiram motors.

This was the easiest, stress free buying process I have ever experienced! Jeffrey Key and Neal McWhorter did an amazing job getting me financed and into a great used vehicle. They are true genuine men of God and have blessed my family tremendously. We purchased two cars, one for me, and another for my daughter who was a first time buyer.
