I have visited several dealerships in Reno and this place hands down has the best customer service. They made me feel very comfortable, I didn't feel pressured and they were not pushy like most other places. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa that I'm very happy with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's in the market for a car.

Ok, so I contacted this dealership because I was interested in a vehicle that didn't have a listed price on it. Eric contacted me right away, seemed polite, & got back to me pretty quickly. However, when I asked him how much the vehicle was going for he told me a price that was 4 thousand dollars over what the vehicle is worth. I told him that is too high of a price, & instead of dealing with me on a new price all talk had ceased. Such a disappointment but it is clear that once they have their mind made up on a price there is no wiggle room even though they are asking way above what their vehicle is worth.

This dealership has very clean cars compared to many other places I visited in town. The facility is very clean & welcoming. I felt that the staff was very professional, informing & genuinely cared about me as a customer & most of all they listened to me & what I wanted & did not try to push me in another direction. I did purchase from RTAG, a 2015 Hyundai Sonata & I must say I am very happy. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking to buy a car.
