Ratings Don’t Reflect Real Quality

We recently had a transmission failure while traveling to SC. The service reviews don’t reflect the 5 Star quality or the superior customer service we received from Steve King our service advisor or the outstanding work by the service technicians. The complicated warranty repair/ transmission replacement was done ahead of time with daily status calls. We were treated like they had known us all of our lives. Every small detail was covered & explained.

Slow, disrespectful, and dishonest

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They are by for the worst dealership, and service department I've ever dealt with. They've had my vehicle for the longest time, and haven't even attempted to fix it. Every time I call, they either don't answer, or they give me some xxxxxxxx excuse as to why my vehicle isn't fixed. When I get my vehicle back, I definitely intend on using my contacts in the media to let the entire county of Halifax, town of Roanoke Rapids, and state of North Carolina know, just how bad this dealership is. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Buying a car and getting my car repaired.

My wife and I went to White's Chevrolet Cadillac to get our car repaired that was still under warranty. We were very please with the repairs. We ended up buying a 2013 Cadillac SRX, the person that helped us was Barry Kidd. He was most helpful with this process. He and the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. Barry Kidd went out of his way to show us the features on our purchase of our Cadillac. Informed the dealership I was traveling 4 hours to see the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was not on the lot. I had to wait 30 minutes for the vehicle to be fueled and brought to the lot. After inspecting the vehicle, I discovered it had approximately $1,000 in previously undisclosed body damage. The vehicle was not washed or detailed. The inside was filthy with crumbs and spilled coffee in the console. The back cargo area was covered in pet hair. This is not the kind of experience I expected for a vehicle listed at $39,000. Absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

Bad service after the sale

I was happy with the price they gave me but the service after the sale was horrible they never clean up vehicle like they said they would I'm still waiting on my spare key that seldom promised me

Excellent service

Craige and Randel at White's Chevrolet were the most pleasant, polite, and patient salesman I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and not overwhelmed and even stayed 2 hours after they closed just to talk with me before I made my decision to purchase my new 2016 Equinox. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had.
