Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic check and was told
Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic check and was told wha the problem was. The representative that was helping me went into this spill about the failure rate of just repairing the part that was giving me the problem which was nice to know. However, he suggested me go another route which he recommended me buy a new engine and have them install it which cost more than $10k dollars. Sad part is he did not even give me a quote on just replacing the damaged part. I understand they want to recommend what they think is best but with that amount of money, you would think he would have said what the cost to do the other option would be. After he recommended the one option, he looked at me like he was waiting for me to say ok, let’s go that route. I surely wasn’t going to pay that mush money for a vehicle that is more than 10 years old. Just give me the options to do what I can afford is all I am saying whether it’s the right decision on my behalf or not. I thanked him for his time and left.

They are terrible in my opinion.
They are terrible in my opinion. Took my Corvette in for some service. I told them what was wrong and they come back with some xx about the car is supposed to work this way. When it worked correctly previously. They simply don’t listen. But what is much worse is that they damaged my car while they had it. When I picked up my car I noticed the damage and had the service advisor look. He took pictures. The next day they send me an email saying they don’t see anything on the recordings therefore they didn’t do it. Absolutely the worst experience at a dealership service dept. I took it there thinking they knew how to work on Corvettes but was very very wrong. They do not. Then they don’t take responsibility for the damage that happened while the car was in their possession. Hugely disappointing. I’ve talked to the service manager twice and he keeps denying it is their fault. I tried to speak to an owner but of course he is too busy to call me back. Please do not take your car to be serviced here.
