The dealership broke my rim while changing out the tires.

The dealership broke my rim while changing out the tires. Had to haggle with the service technician (Jordan R) for several days before they would agree to repair my car. It was a total of 3 weeks before my car was returned to me. As a way to punish me for holding my ground and not paying for something they obviously damaged, I am not allowed to use a loaner vehicle from them again. I tried expressing my grievances to the service director, Ben Dekruyter. He told me he was going on vacation and would get back to me when he could. I have yet to hear back from him. Attached is the photo sent to me from the service technician trying to convince me the damage was done prior to the dealership picking up my car, driving it from Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids. What do you think? I think I will not trust this dealership. They take advantage of women, pushing unnecessary services for profit. In the end, they don't care about you or what it takes to retain good, paying customers. Is there anyone out there that still puts value on good customer service with integrity?

I live out of state and have been searching for a used

I live out of state and have been searching for a used 2020 M8 for months. I contacted the dealership and was put intouch with Ryan Schmall, who I found to be honest and acurate on describing the car. After a few days and lots of videos I bought the car without seeing it in person. I am 100% satisfied and would recomend Ryan and Sharpe if your looking to buy a BMW.

Second experience with this dealer and first with Ryan.

Second experience with this dealer and first with Ryan. I couldn’t be happier with the deal and the experience! In today’s world you can find what you want on line…however you don’t always get the personal touch with a great salesperson, phenomenal environment and service you receive from Sharpe. I hope to repeat the process in 3 years with Sharpe and Ryan.

My salesperson, Ryan Schmall, was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. Ericka did a phenomenal job going over all of the features on my new car and answering any questions that I had. Shawn Rugar worked very efficiently, I was able to take delivery the same day. The lounge was comfortable and provided a place for me to work while I waited. Overall the customer service was top notch! Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a BMW X5.

We recently purchased a BMW X5. It was my first BMW. Ryan Schmall was very helpful in explaining things and took a lot of time going over features and also helping me set up the car to suit me. I appreciated his thoroughness and would definitely recommend him to others thinking about purchasing a BMW.

Best Vehicle Purchase Experience Ever!!!!

Let me start by saying, I have always been been a Cadillac lover for my vehicles. I decided I wanted to try a different look, but I was loss on what my next vehicle would be. I test drove many high end vehicles and not until I found the BMW dealership on 28th st/Grand Rapids did I feel this is the right fit for me. My sales person John Sergeant was amazing from my very 1st phone call inquiring on a specific BMW X3. He was never pushy or overwhelming on his sale and once I test drove it I was sold! This whole entire dealership team is awesome and the best I have worked with. They seriously are like this big family atmosphere with each bringing their own specialty. They even have their own tech savvy person Drew a major + for me. End of the day they made my 1st purchase of a BMW the best ever and they are now my one stop shop for and any maintenance and future vehicle purchases.
