I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience
I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this BMW Sharpe Grand Rapids, MI dealership especially from Jessica and Jason in the service center. From the moment I walked in, I was met with hostility and an unwelcoming attitude from the staff. What should have been a professional and courteous interaction quickly turned into something entirely unacceptable. Not only were the employees dismissive and rude, but there were also clear signs of discriminatory behavior that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. It was painfully obvious that I was being treated differently than other customers based on my background, which is not only unethical but also completely unprofessional and racist. A luxury brand like BMW should uphold values of respect, inclusivity, and customer care. Sadly, this dealership failed on all counts. I expected better and urge others to be aware before doing business here. No one should be made to feel less than simply because of who they are.

The dealership broke my rim while changing out the tires.
The dealership broke my rim while changing out the tires. Had to haggle with the service technician (Jordan R) for several days before they would agree to repair my car. It was a total of 3 weeks before my car was returned to me. As a way to punish me for holding my ground and not paying for something they obviously damaged, I am not allowed to use a loaner vehicle from them again. I tried expressing my grievances to the service director, Ben Dekruyter. He told me he was going on vacation and would get back to me when he could. I have yet to hear back from him. Attached is the photo sent to me from the service technician trying to convince me the damage was done prior to the dealership picking up my car, driving it from Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids. What do you think? I think I will not trust this dealership. They take advantage of women, pushing unnecessary services for profit. In the end, they don't care about you or what it takes to retain good, paying customers. Is there anyone out there that still puts value on good customer service with integrity?

In today’s world you can find what you want on line…however you don’t always get the personal touch with a great salesperson, phenomenal environment and service you receive from Sharpe. The lounge was comfortable and provided a place for me to work while I waited. Overall the customer service was top notch! Highly recommend!
