Just had a terrific experience recently at Kendall Volkswagen in Bend, OR. The Sales Executive, Zac Wright, was top notch. The Sales Manager, Eric Kelley, was proactive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The GM, Deen Hydes, made sure the entire team worked through the processes efficiently and supported what I needed to get a deal done. The result: we drove off the lot in a beautiful, 2025 Tiguan RES-R-Line. Highly recommend the team at Kendall Volkswagen in Bend!

Communication was impeccable. No pressure and treated very well during the entire process! Purchased a As Is Tundra with no worries thanks to the 160 point toyota inspection that is done on every vehicle. Highly recommended.

Sales Gavin Loftis is a complete liar.
Sales Gavin Loftis is a complete liar. I sent my application over for vehicle I email to see if he received it yes but didn't bother to let me know thru email when asked. I was told the lenders trying to get approval but anyway I looked on the website car is sold didn't bother to tell me. I live 7 hours from that dealership he knew that just didn't care. Stay away from this dealership unless you want to get played like a fiddle!

Gavin Loftis and Corey Sledge and all the staff at Kendall VW did a great job when we purchased our used Nissan Juke recently. The dealership workers were diligent about getting the agreed-upon minor issues addressed before we took possession. The car looks and performs great! We are very pleased with the results! Liars
First of all, I'd like to say if you're selling a Volkswagen product at a Volkswagen dealership, you should know the cars that you are selling. I did not buy this car at a Toyota lot or a Honda lot. It was a Volkswagen lot. It also was a certified pre-owned car. I contacted bend volkswagen which is Kendall Volkswagen and ask them if this car had the Harman kardon stereo system four different times. I was told this car had that stereo system in it. Then mind you I made a three and a half hour one way trip to look at this car. Guess what? It does not have the stereo system in it that I was told four times that it did have. So when I met Gavin on the dealership he went and talked to the manager and they were going to compensate me for my trip over there by giving me $450 off the price of the car that we already negotiated. So everything was fine until Jack walks into the room. After I gave Jack all my pre-approved credit and a check for partial payment of the car. Jack proceeds to tell me that it's illegal for him to lower the price of the car. Any lower than what advertised is I call xx so that was lie number five and that they could not give me the $450 off. I still want the $450 that Volkswagen of bend owes me. It was raining during the time that I bought the car. They washed the car. I financed the car and drove off getting 30 mi down the road. It stopped raining and I noticed that the windows were hard Water stained severely bad. I called Gavin when I got home and told him that the hard water stains were super bad and he told me that to use chemical guys hard water spot remover, that worked to remove the hard water stains off the paint. But it did not completely get the hard water stains off the windshield and the passenger side front window. I also noticed that there was scratches in the front windshield right in front of the driver Up to the right Gavin asked Jack if they would replace the window since it was scratched. Jack called me and said no, even though it's a certified pre-owned they wouldn't replace it. And Jack also mentioned to me that this was a $60,000 car. Then I was getting $6,000 off from their discounted price. Now they're original. Price was 41,000. I did not get $6,000 off that price and it's not a $60,000 car. The window sticker was in the glove box

Veteran and Retiree Unfriendly and Unhelpful
Don't bother if you don't make $40000 a year or are on Social Security or are a Disabled Veteran... They don't care if you can actually afford the payment, they turn totally cold if you say you're retired.

Came in on a Sunday and talked with salesperson Ben Bermal about an SUV I was interested in. During the test drive, Ben answered the questions he could and checked into the others he didn't know via text with his boss, so I got the information I needed. He walked me through the process of buying step by step to my satisfaction and fast-tracked my purchase while I waited. His pleasant demeanor, along with that of sales manager Deen Hydes, made the process painless and I walked away with a new (used) car. I would highly recommend the staff at Kendall Volkswagon if you're looking to buy. I felt I was treated fairly and with integrity, and you can't ask for more than that.
