Aggressive unrelenting follow up to get reviews.

Aggressive unrelenting follow up to get reviews. I sent emails and responded to texts pleading to be dropped from Marketing emails. A campaign of harassment to get reviews. I like the staff and they do great work but the marketing aggressiveness is over the top.

Vehicle was shipped and arrived very dirty, cleaned

Vehicle was shipped and arrived very dirty, cleaned vehicle two days later and discovered rock chips, water, stains and scratches in the paint. I was told the vehicle was in immaculate condition so of course I was very disappointed. All else with the dealership was fine.

Dan Contreras went out of his way dealing with Endurance. Initially, turned down but Dan made a video of the problem and got the decision reversed.
