USA 1 of Dalton LLC

My husband and I purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram. The sitting price according to “DAVID,” one of the mechanics at the dealer, was supposed to be 5,600. For a Doge that would have been amazing. We should have know it was a scam to begin with. — We proceed to make the down payment and leave the dealer happy, because we think we just made a great purchase. — Fast toward to 2 days after we buy the truck. It overheats while my husband is driving back from work. He takes it to the shop to speak to the owner, Rafeek. Rafeek claimed he would keep the truck and work on it. 2 days later we get the truck back and Rafeek claims he changed the thermostat and finished the job. Ok, we trust him and take the truck. 1 day later the truck is NO LONGER running! After Rafeek worked on it! — Now after he messed up the truck, we paid a huge amount, and have NO TRauacK, Rafeek is no longer on speaking terms with my husband and I because we called him out in his bad work and his bad mechanic crew at USA1 of Dalton. — We have proceeded to take legal action against USA1 of Dalton. If we had done our research we would have never took our business to Rafeek. Please people, DO NOT BUY from USA1 of Dalton. That dealer is ran by SCAMMERS plain and simple. * I would also like to add that Rafeek, who is supposed to be a professional straight up told my husband and I that we LOST $1000 doing business with him. He is in camera saying this. So if that’s not prof enough that he is SCAMMING, then I don’t know how else to help. He also asked his close friends and family to leave fake reviews on his Facebook page to overshadow my review about the scam he is running. — If in the future you want to continue in your path of buying a car from USA1 of Dalton. Don’t buy a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 in white. Do not do it!! I wish someone had stopped me.

Very friendly staff. They helped me purchase my dream car as well as sell my other vehicle. Anytime I need any maintenance work on my vehicle, they are quick to get it in and out on the road again at a very reasonable price.

My credit is less than perfect and they were able to get me qualified for a car loan. I needed to get a new car fast as mine was broke down and had to be able to get to work. I came in and within minutes was qualified and was out the door within an hour or so in my new vehicle with a small down payment. Had a small issue with the car and they fixed it no questions asked and no money out of my pocket! Due to this, i have continued to bring my car there for all my maintenance. I would definitely buy here again.

2005 Chrysler Sebring....I love this car and it really has been one of the best purchases I have made in the last 3 years. Not only is it spacious, it also has great "get up and go!" Hussien not only took care of my every need, he also recommended "Gap" Insurance which is also a great investment!
