Of course I came in to buy a car. I had my eyes set on a Volkswagen 2011. Test drove around few corners and the engine light came on. Se I went back to shop and they put their machine on their turned the light off then said we always maintain our cars there nothing wrong. They should have did a reading because I had to drive an hr back home well half hr in the engine light is blinking crazy oil light blinking crazy and then the engine locks. 😳 we had to leave the car there drive a half hr back to be told we don't have to help you at all you already gave us your money. I gave them 4000 dollars okay so I said I would like to at least get another vehicle I have kids I have responsibilities you know. He then begins to curse at me as he gets frustrated I should have been frustrated and pissed. Not him. He was so rude. The lady Cecilia was laughing at my partner and I when we were explaining how this was not right. I asked to see a suburu they said okay I sat in waited for plates to drive the lady came out said we need more money from you for this car the cost was 7999 I gave them 4000 why would you need more. I then asked well if im settling for a car for 4999 can I have some that deposit back it pay the car wit that nope. She laughed again. She said we need more money on top of 4000 for the 7999 suburu. Then when I explained how it didn't make sense then the man said well someone else is already getting the car so it doesn't fukin matter. So I said but if we would have gave you more money the car would have been ours. They were being so greedy and rude. Im now stuck yes stuck with a car I don't want. I have been informed to contact the consumer fraud division, state patrol and Cuyahoga County police for this issue. My car didn't make it but half an hr away before the engine you guys the engine locked up. Then they wouldn't help me with a better car cause I wouldn't give more than 4000 thats all I had I gave it to them for a good reliable vehicle and they stuck me with an outlander. Im beyond pissed and not letting this go. I wish they would have helped me instead. God bless. Dont take your money here its not worth it and more than one car had engine lights on. He's rude and will curse you out. Once they took my cash it was all disrespect from there. Please look elsewhere.

DO NOT BUYHERE
DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY .I bought what they (the owner and staff) called a "unicorn" a 1996 Jaguar XJS. They called it this as it was in such nice shape ,like new or even better than new .I bought from pictures ( I can send pics to show I was not that stupid they are just that sleazy) on cargurus and many calls over weeks to the owner and staff (my mistake I know trusting and stupid)asking questions .I should have clued in when I asked for detailed picks for the shipper and never received . I just about cried when the "unicorn" came out of a enclosed car carrier there is so much damage I asked to see his pick forms from the transport company and sure enough there were all Xs and circles all over it .The Cars roof has holes Some poorly patched some not even,door dings, scrapes on front and back bumper ,rock chips,parts missing such as a spare tire cover and battery cover (I asked specifically about and were told they were there . DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE .

My experience was amazing!! AAA rating!
I bought a low mileage 2004 Porsche 911 from Bruno (owner) at Mr. Auto. I flew out to Cleveland, OH from VT and was going to drive it back to Vermont. I was 150 miles away from the dealership and the oil light came on. I pulled over and called the dealership. Bruno answered, and after explaining to him what happened he said he was on his way. He showed up and loaded the car and brought it back to the dealership, then took me to a hotel, which he paid for and said we will get it looked at first thing in the morning. He took the car to a Porsche expert and it had a bad sending unit. Bruno had them go through the car and replaced the wipers, changed the oil and the sending unit. He paid the bill and sent me on my way to VT. He did not have to do everything he did, including paying for the hotel. He told me " it's the right thing to do" Its was awesome dealing with a real honest and quality business. Thank you Bruno, I love the car. I'll buy a car from Bruno again in a heartbeat!

The staff at Mr. Auto went out of their way to make this a wonderful experience. We arrived after a 4 hr drive and 45 minutes before they closed. No pushy sales, no rush just nothing but kindness. The owner, mr. razov, spent way over an hour showing us all the bells and whistles of this car. I would highly recommend this car sales to anyone and everyone wanting a quality used car.

BUYER BEWARE Two weeks after we bought the vehicle, the car cost my son $1100 for an air conditioner that Mr. Auto Sales was suppose to fix the day of purchase. Unfortunately, I had to leave my 18 year old son to wait on the A.C. to be fixed while I went back to work. They didn’t fix the A.C. and now won’t return my calls. Very disappointing.

Owner is lost. Does not know how to run a business
I was a cash buyer and this jokester (the owner) refused to let me test drive. He said buy it and you can test drive it. Are you kidding me? The car was under $25k. This guy is lost and delusional. DO NOT DO IT!

Long haul for the right truck
Flying to across county to Cleveland for a special truck a lot of trust was needed for Mr Auto’s integrity. Quickly I had to set off, (returning in four days!) and, potentially, to learn the hard way if the truck would perform. Other than a few minor issues that I don’t fault the dealership because one can’t expect perfection on an older used vehicle. There was a small forward vibration so I needed to have the front wheels re balanced $28.) Other than that minor concern and after over 3,000 miles I can say I’m most happy with my classic 12 valve 1997 Dodge Diesel which, after having it professionally checked out, is everything Bruno and Kory said it was. In fact, next Summer I plan to fly back out, looking to buy an economical car from Mr. Auto, and tour the Northeast visiting friends. I trust them to guide me in my selection.
