A Class Auto Sales

Sold me a lemon. With a smile on their face. And to xxxx with credit acceptance with allowing it. They were never able to get in contact with after we left the lot. All waste of money and a headache to say the least.

Terrible customer service. Guy calls me and yells at me the whole phone call and was very rude. Told him I would like to see the car first before I decided to lease or buy cash , he proceeded to yell at me saying “I said , Cash or finance !”

I can honestly say, they have vehicles that you will like, prices that will catch your attention....but they add a bunch of fee’s that can add up to $4k or $5k. They want the sale so they will find a way to get it. I’ll give them that. One of them is very quick to try and convince you to get into another vehicle or ask you to trade in your vehicle. I came with $5K ready to buy but still left empty handed.

scammers, the actual price is much higher than the ad price. i call and make sure there isn't any hidden fees. they said no. just the sell price plus tax and registration fee. at the end, there's fifteen hundreds i couldn't accounted for. didn't buy it from them.

They sold me a hybrid car knowing the hybrid battery was dead. They made it seem it was the regular battery that needed changing. The car shut down on me twice before completely dying. They refuse to give me a refund. Instead they tried to offer me a dealership credit which they still try to scam me with. Saying the price of the cars on the site is after a down payment. I accidentally saw what they were sending to banks, they are a bunch of liars. They scam me out of a first car. I lost everything because I put $ into that car. They are a bunch of scammers and crooks that takes advantage of people.

Great team, Abraham was super nice and helpful, he gave me an excellent deal. In less than an hour, he hocked me up with insurance, plates and everything that I need.

Over price car. Guy told me to buy him McDonald’s and he would pay me back and didn’t.

I was looking for used car for few weeks. Was tired of walking arround places which trying to sell junk cars for crazy prices. My credit is in fair condition and I was desperade((. I found A Class guys accidantly and honostly at least I can breath free. Nicest service, fair price, and great expirience from this dealership is what you will get. I’ve got 2015 honda accord with only 38000 miles on it in pristine condition financed, and fully insured for few hours. Mark is a great professional, helps a lot in a great manner. He is a best Thank you A class auto sales!!!

All the guys were very cool with great energy. My dealer did his thing getting my numbers low as possible w/ my circumstances ...definitely feel like I’d get my next car here, this was my first car and a #GREATCHOICE

SCAM ARTIST!!! Mark is who I personally dealt with. Over priced for the car Was a totally different price when I got there verses what he said on the phone but at the time i was anxious and still went for it he saw that and took complete advantage. Not only was it over priced already he and his 'broker' Sam went and forged my signature and took out a higher loan than what we agreed on & still took a down payment. Marks a Real sleezy guy could barely look you in your eyes and once he gets your money wouldn't even answer the phone. Unfortunately he's not as smart as he thinks he is.. He knows what's I mean when I say that. Long story short DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. if you do thoroughly go over your paper work and stick to what you know. Not a place for first time buyers. Here's the review the other dealer Mike asked for ! Good thing i waited until everything unfolded before I came here prasing your services .
